Much of what you said helped Dawn and I to dream bigger ,own properties on the Island, build a house steps from the water.
As I like to say money comes and goes, use it to make lasting memories with the ones you love. Inspire others, share adventures and put your self in a position to help someone else.

One of my favorite videos you have done! Thank you. I hope to meet you one day. I actually bought a parcel literally 2 weeks before the world shutdown due to the pandemic. It's located south between the cell tower and Black Orchid. I haven't been back since bcuz of my construction business. Hopefully I will soon bcuz I hope to meet Ersel (Thx to one of your videos). You brought up something earlier that I've been wanting to ask you for awhile. Do you have a map which shows all of the subdivisions on Ambergris that you could share with us?
