I read your recipe as I watched the video. You did not add 56 oz. of tomatoes. You added 1-28 oz. can. The wine must be real good. I love this version of chicken cacciatore. You truly make the best Italian dishes. Going to make this your way. Do you have a calendar for 2025? I'll check your website. Love to have one.
It is a lot better if the one filming doesn’t talk, if ever it shld be very minimal or not at all. It is very distracting, esp. if she is always telling him to do this and that. Mr Pascuale shld be heard. More success!
The recipe is good but the woman’s voice in the background is a turn off. I’m sorry but this should be purely Italian. Not being mean just NOT a good combo.
I would not dip the meat in flour. Fried flour is quite unhealthy. And I would reduce the frying time and let the chicken broil more in the sauce. Too much frying.
