Is there a safe dosage one can take clenbuterol without the horrible side effects? I keep getting mixed answers. Some people say they can take 40mcg, while others can’t handle that amount. I’m just wondering if there’s a safe dosage one can take ( like 15/20 mcg )of clenbuterol? I’ve also learned you need to take plenty of potassium. I have the liquid form of clenbuterol. I’ve not used it because I want to make sure I don't regret it. If used at much smaller doses like 20 mcg per day, would clenbuterol even work( be thermogenic), or do you have to take 40 mcg or more, to get fat-burning effects? You can proceed if you don't have any heart problems, i used clen and doesn't even noticed any side effects, first try 20mcg for 4 days , if you can tolerate 20mg then try 40mg, the results are really outstanding

I m looking at all ur videos from past 2 weeks and u must be coming across my comments one by one.. Trust me this was so so necessary akshay sir... Aajkal ke bande ka comment... " Yaar clen chala lenge competition se pehle ".silly and nonsense.. I have tried this clen cos it's easily available in Medi shop as I m put up in bangalore.i have experimented with my body and thank god genetics sahi hai meri aur isliye in cheezo par bolne ke liye zinda hu hehehe..but jokes apart..U have missed out the side effects of cramps.. Nothing gives worst cramp than this clen. When it cramp it has pulled me down to ground for almost 15 minutes and I have to take help to get up.. Yes it can be reduced by sodium intake..
