Mine had not been changed until I did it 2033 the Acura AWD and the gear lube looked like new .

Hi. Do you have any tips on removing the transfer case? Is it a pretty straightforward process as in removing the visible mounting bolts?

2005 acura mdx. i think i only need to change the output seal, can that be done without removing the transfer case?

output seal where the driveshaft meets the transfer case.
@mhikeybalatbat you would have to drop exhaust and drive shaft to get to the seal.
