#replay love systems and checklists. They help me manage decision fatigue. I know if I've fallen off track, I end up exhausted and overwhelmed at the smallest of things.

#replay - boy do I feel seen right now, in a healing way. This is regarding the checklists. I am consistently forgetting what I meant when I use my shorthand in a list creation or I make everything way to complicated and confusing. Trying to do too much at one time equals overwhelm.
