+Rachael Lefler Only if Lt. Surge is roughly 200 years old, then yes it could be, but he sure doesn't look that old, does he? But I agree on the romance theme.
+Rachael Lefler Don't think so. the one with Surge looks recent(90's recent), while based on the clothes in the flash back, it looks like the maiden's war is more medieval.

Pokemon story doesn't really make total sense, one part that is completely weird is the fact that we almost never see new Pokemon in older gens, the world "Pokemon world" has always has the cities, towns, countries , since bit began, "just the story wasn't made " therefore we don't see a arceus in Gen 1 or a hoopa in Gen 2, they weren't created yet, so we don't see them unless we have a remake that completely bashes the old game, overwrites it's history and "creates a new dimension" there no explanation on why there's only X Pokemon in X region, why we never see Pokemon from new gens in older cities not even from the anime, any normal person would travel with their own Pokemon to different places and not just replace them with the ones in the new region and dispose of their old ones. let's talk about ash to make shit wrong. why he carries pikachu to all other places? why we only see him with an old Pokemon, but new characters only have new Pokemon? mascot OK.......... what else? does nobody but ash travel around the world? because nobody carries older Pokemon just that same region Pokemon even us in the game we are a new adventure kid who wants tl be the best, but just of their own Gen...... we never see us as the best of the Pokemon world.... inconsistent content.
The solution I see as to the ultimate weapon not just wiping out everything is that it requires a full charge to do so, which it didn't have after reviving Floette
photo everyone I have some evidence remember when lucario and mystery of mew where the anime went back in time and showed us a battle with pokemon in armor and humans in armor. this could be the battle in xy or the war from the maiden in the anime what do you guys think.
+Joshua costanza Yeah, I think it's an unnamed war in Kanto the anime decided to show with this woman. Back in the day, we only knew of Kanto and the 151 pokémon. In X and Y, we find out that regions *can* have alliances (Unova and Kalos, so no wars between them any time soon), however, 3000 years prior, the weapon only had a blast radius the same size as Kalos. I don't think the "crossing canons" could work here.
this story has roots in our world as wel. first the lantern boats in the end Tōrō nagashi (灯籠流し?) is a Japanese ceremony in which participants float paper lanterns (chōchin) down a river; tōrō is another word for "lantern," while nagashi means "cruise" or "flow." This activity is traditionally performed on the final evening of the Bon Festival in the belief that it will help to guide the souls of the departed to the spirit world. now about the woman: i found this legend (Legend of the Waiting Statue) which is differend from the beginning but the ending is very simulair His wife waiting for him day by day didn’t see her husband coming back. She just wondered and worried if anything had happened to him. In fact, she would never know the reason. She never understood why a husband like him, who loved his family, could go away like that. Therefore, every day, she carried their son, climbed up the mountain toward the sea gate and looked for her husband. A month, two months and then no tear came from her eyes - she still stood there with their son, waiting. Years passed by and ToThi carried her son, turning into stone, facing out to the sea to wait for her husband forever.
Well here's the thing: It has been established that the Pokemon series takes place across multiple universes. Not just because you have different versions like, say for instance, the events of Pokemon Ruby take place instead of Sapphire or Emerald. No, there is an entire set of universes where Mega Evolution is a thing, and another set where it is not. The war is mentioned in Pokemon X and Y and Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, all four games falling into the Mega Multiverse. There is not really a way of knowing whether the war even took place in the Non-Mega Multiverse. However: The question then becomes: which Multiverse does the anime fall into? Well, truth be told, it doesn't fall into any the several sets of multiverses the games create. The anime falls into a single universe of it's own. I honestly don't know if the war even takes place in this universe.
I think the two/three thousand discrepancy can be taken care of if the year 2014 or so marked the 3,000th anniversary of the war, and everyone just called it "the war from 2000 years ago" even though 3000 was technically closer. I mean, we can't use the cast's age as anything useful, because there's absolutely no way Ash's still ten, even if each episode is a day in his life, because so many episodes and movies cover multiple days. As to her becoming made of rock, well, that's obviously not true and just an embellishment, but I think a statue was erected of her, similar to how Hatchi the dog got a statue for a similar situation, and the maiden's statue has since worn away with time, and her Gastly protects her memory, as I do think that Gastly was hers, or possibly her lover's and left to keep her company.
IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT! she may have not be stone but salt If you recall the old story of Sodom and Gamora a woman turned into a pillar of salt when she turned to look back at the city being destroyed. if you think about it the magnitude of whatever went off in the X and Y this weapon must have had a effect to turn people into stone. This can be proven when Mewtwo and Mew's attack in the pokemon first move when it turned ash into stone! so its not about the war but you could ask is what turned her into stone. and there are many other real life stories with this same mythology of people turning to stone.
I wish he would take that circle with the lines out on the blue pokemon collage background next to Ducklett. It always bothers me haha. But that't just me
Some spirits loose track of time by mythology and others have no concept that any has passed so she may think its only 1000 years when it could of been longer.
Hmmm... in the Ghost of Maiden's Peak, they said 2000 years ago, BUT they said "over 2000 years ago"... that could really mean between 3000 and 2000 years ago... But yeah, in the episode, they do keep going back to the 2000 years ago.... meh, I still quite like this theory even if it's technically impossible...
Simple answer to your discrepancy at 2 minutes: It was like detonating a single nuke. Even though they both are threats to life itself, AZ's weapon only killed the people who killed his Floette (and made a massive crater), and ended the war, as that scared the hell out of the remaining participants.
hmmm me by the time line was damaged? and its only 200 years? hmmm i think there were a war in pokemon wold wear pokemon and humans fight but in the end pokemon became pokemon... erhhh and we know that humans evolved from pokemon meby aricies see this and make pokemon like to help people now.... instead of making war not sure tho....
I read someone comment that the girl probably encounter Yveltal flying toward her while she's waiting for her lover for a very long time already at that time ( 2000 years ago ) and Yveltal idk accidentally or on purpose turn her to stone. Probably for the best coz her lover obviously died during the battle when the picture of soldier helmet floating on the ocean was shown in the episode. I really wish she and her lover spirit find each other after they both died but after 2000 years still waiting. I hate sad ending. Well time to make my own fan theory then. Ghastly finally found her lover spirit as Ghastly said : "Well i am a ghost pokémon. Perhaps one day i found the young lover you love and if i do i tell him his maiden still waiting for him to return." And ghastly finally found him at last and guide him to meet the maiden. They both live happily ever after and ghastly still continue the scam. FIN.
Are there any true stories or legends similar to the Ghost of Maiden's Peak, how could she wait without eating and sleeping and even be still standing after she died since she is still standing as a stone and is she waiting for her love to return back alive or as spirit too?
Just to address some confusion you have about the AZ myth. The Ultimate Machine used the life energy of the Pokemon it destroyed in the war to bring his Floette back to life. It mentions it in the myth, though admittedly some what out of order, but Bulbapedia confirms it. Nothing was said that it destroyed 'all the Pokemon in the world.' Just the Pokemon in the war. As a theory this is a fun one! And though the time does not overlap with that war, perhaps the Maiden's Love left to fight in the war mentioned in 'Lucario: And the Mystery of Mew' movie? The ghost of Maiden's peak petrified 2000. In the movie, when Lucario awakens from his long capture in the staff, the Queen tells him it has been centuries. Bulbapedia also states that this war in particular happened 'Over 1000 Years ago.' So nothing states that it is exactly 1000 years. Nothing to my knowledge anyway. It could be possible at least. Although the roman/viking look of the Maiden's soldier would imply it came before the mid-evil armored look of the Pokemon in the movie. *shrug* *shrug* Also, 'Onyx-pected' XD amazing.
Okay so here's a theory. The later we go into the series of pokemon, the further back in history the lore goes. Like what if the ultimate weapon, powered by both Life(Xerneas) and Death(Yveltal), the most primal of natures forces, being used destroyed all life on the planet, except Az and Floette, but with the leftover life force energy of the pokemon and humans, created an egg, and from that egg hatched Arceus, into post apocalyptic "nothing." So the egg came into being from nothing, and with the immense power received from the past worlds lifeforce, hatched into Arceus, an Immortal pokemon of near omnipotence, uses his own life force to create balance in the universe with the Tao(Zekrom, Reshiram, and Kyurem), and then to preserve the balance he created three opposing dimensions the guardians of Time(Dialga), Space(Palkia) and Nothingness(Giratina). Once the three dimensions were balanced, Arceus creates Ho-oh, the phoenix, to sow life back into the planet, and creates the elemental trio, Kyogre( the sea), Groudon(the land), Rayquaza(the sky), and Lugia(wind, storms), so humans and pokemon could live and evolve in this new world. However, Az, roaming the earth searching for Floette, hasn't aged through hundreds of years yet. It's only when he first encounters other humans, finds them to be no different than pokemon. Az sacrifices part of the lifeforce energy he absorbed from the ultimate weapon to create pokemon of his own, to help humans become sentient, and causing him to being to age slowly. Those pokemon were Uxie(Knowledge), Mesprit(Emotions), Azelf(Willpower), Darkrai(Fear), Victini(the urge to survive, or have victory over nature), Cresselia(Religion, or morals), and Jirachi(hope). So that pokemon had appropriate habitats in wihch to live, Arceus creates the Regi's to move the continents into different parts of the planet. He then creates Volcanion so volcanoes can be made to vent pressure or something, I dunno how volcanoes work tbh. Ho-oh uses it's lifeforce energy to create pokemon of it's own. Mew(the ancestor of all species), Heatran(the warmth for life to survive), Manaphy and Phione(to spread life in the seas and oceans), Shaymin(plant life), Meloetta(sound, the ability to communicate), Genesect(the first insects, to pollinate the plants), the three birds of Kanto(Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres) to diversify the planets climates, the hounds(Entei, Raiku, and Suicune) to ensure the protection of these climates, the forces of nature(Tornadus, Thundurus, and Landorus), and the swordsmen(Cobalin, Terakion, Virizeon, and Keldo) to keep peace between the many different species of pokemon. Regigas, Dialga, and Palkia each create one single pokemon of their own, being Diancie, Celibi, and Hoopa, as a means for them to traverse and observe the world at whim from their own dimensions. The three Legendaries not covered by this theory, Latias, Latios, and Deoxys, were not created by any higher being of that world, they were aliens that came from a far away planet.
04:43 its time to stop!!! where are your parents?!?!?!?! im gonna call child protection severices CAUSE ITS TIME TO STOP!!!!!! (stop with these horrible dirty pokemon jokes its ruining peoples child hood]
I forget if you've covered this theory before (I didn't see it skimming through all the Pokémon theory vids in the playlist) but your discussion of the animé and game timelines being parallel got me wondering about a theory of mine: The animé takes place before all the games AND is in another universe. Just one basic example: In the animé Team Rocket does not have a firm grip on Kanto the way they do in the games, but Giovanni is still watching from the shadows, waiting to seize opportunity. He even has operatives in other regions and it's clear from the movie "Mewtwo Returns" and episodes like "A Date with Delcatty" that Team Rocket has far more competent agents that are hiding out and doing his bidding. Not to mention, no one has been able to truly defeat him. So, this has to be pre-Red where Team Rocket is disbanded, right? This is Team Rocket's rise, right? BUT then you also have to consider that for everything this theory sets up, it's still a look into the past of an alternate universe. Ash has never appeared in any of the games barring Yellow. Brock has ditched the idea of being a gym leader and breeder in the animé. Lavender Town's tower is a very different place. The list goes on. There are more arguments I could make for the "in the past" half of this theory, but I'll put it simply like this: The games and animé are two distinct universes with different timelines. However, the animé gives us some clues into the likely past of characters and scenarios in the games because it takes place in an earlier place in time than the current games do. Sorry I type so much, but there was no short and sweet way to explain it all.
So here's a question… If Pokemon get converted into data when they are trapped in a pokeball, then how do they escape AFTER they've been put in the ball? You'd think that data wouldn't have mass and be able to purposefully break open the pokeball, converting them from their data state back into their physical state. It's been in the back of my mind since I first heard the widely accepted theory that pokeballs convert pokemon into data. Sorry for the unrelated comment, just wanted to get it out there…
parallel timelines everyone proven by the delta episode in ORAS most likely there are 4 timelines in pokemon one with the Anime. one with Red blue yellow gold silver and crystal. one with firered leafgreen ruby saphire emerald diamond pearl platinum heart gold and soul silver black white black 2 and white 2. and one with X Y and ORAS
Pokemon Tears. Proven to be real in the first movie. Ambertwo even mentions it in the Origin of Mewtwo. Also, I believe the machine worked in reverse: taking away many lives in order to bring and grant immortality to AZ and his Pokémon. Still, agree love the video anyway! :D
OOOORRR maybe, as time goes on , more pokemon aren't being discovered, but are dying off. Being kanto was the most recent timeline. Though I guess the anime completely contradicts that. Then again not really. They do find newer pokemon in the anime, but they never end up finding all of them.
It could be a civil war of some sorts. AZ's war happened in, Kalos yes? while the maiden lives in Kanto. The one with the maiden could just be a small dispute between a neighboring area. But not as far as Kalos. Base on the boats they ride (and me believing that Kanto and Kalos aren't just hours/days away from each other by sea) there is no way those solders would survive traveling too far from Kanto. So the war would be some where in Kanto.
It actully could be because it would probably take about 1,000 years for her body to tern to stone, and a man in "Ghost of Maidens peek says she turned to stone 2,000 years ago. 1,000 years before was was around 3,000 years ago wich is when the great Kalos war took place.
I think the you maiden's lover was facing a normal human war with the weapon, they had had around the time of Christ like 2000 years ago without any help from pokemons. He was a normal soldier that was forced to leave he lover behind at home. Short time after he was simply slayn in the war.
How long would it take for a human to become stone in the first place? You'd think the body would collapse before petrifying, not to mention decomposition. It would only have to be done either very quickly, say from the sea's salt water, or from some other source, maybe a Pokemon or something.
Wasn't the Maiden Ghost from 2000 years ago? AZ's war was from 3000 years ago! Estimations aside, even AZ said for sure it was over 3000 years ago...he ought to know. No, she's not.
but proto-dono is just a coincidence that Giovanni an evil mastermind of the team rocket organization mostly uses ground types which is immune and the natural rival of lightning type which is considered a popular type and resembles God for controlling weather while it can't hurt ground type like its natural enemy which is the devil and I'm an atheist so I'm just wondering about that
my question is, why do people think Kanto war and the Kalos are the same? sure Lt. surge says he survived a war, but theres still a 3,000 year gap, giving Kanto plenty of time to repopulate and build basic entertainment, unless there was another completely separate war.
Well since Pokemon gold and silver were meant to be the final games I doubt they thought that deep into the story board and even had this 3000 year old war even be made. So it wouldn't make sense for the ghost to have any connection with the war since the war was not thought up yet. To my knowledge so if there was any actual maybe connection it would have been only confidential.
In the Pokemon XY anime there was an episode in which Ash Serena Clemont and Bonnie go to a haunted house in which they saw a 3rd age man ghost who showed an image with a date and Ash and co. said it was over 200 years old and it showed the date 1700 or 1800 can't remember, sorry.
Hey Proto, could you please do a pokemon theory on a few things? Why can you go into peoples houses in the game? And what makes a living species a pokemon? Like how Deoxys was named a pokemon.
with pokemon go i have one question? do you think they will add the creepy ghost enteties of some sort into pokemon go? like how creepy would that be if they add those things or add something with the ghost entety from X and Y and ORAS? that would be so creepy
in the anime, there was no flouet, the guy left his woman and set out on a journey to kill or catch (can't remember) Yveltal, Yveltal then turns the woman into stone. The man looks for zernias who instead of bringing her back, grants him eternal life
There was one more war in the Pokemon anime in the Pokemon movie with Lucario and Mew (I forgot the name) where it actually shows flashbacks from Lucario's memories about a war?
ok if professor Oak knows other pokemon professors then why did Oak give Ash a old pokedex in the first region that can only take 151 why not just give Ash a national Dex
hey! I think that the war at X and Y happened around the year 2040 because in the story it si said that he closed the worlds between pokemon and the humans. But pokemon can still be found around at Reds era.
BUT PROTO could this tie in to the lumiouse city ghost girl who said your not the one I'm waiting for She could have gotten tired of waiting when she died and turned into a ghost and traveled around the world for the one she's waiting for
This episode is a folklore in Asia about a woman waiting for her husband to return from a war. She waited so long that she turned into stone. When she went to heaven her husband was waiting for her at the gate. He ran to her and hugged her and told her that he had waited very long for her and that he had passed away in the war. That's it. Nothing related to pokemon at all. The story was to show how faithful a wife is to a husband. This is a story passed down through many countries and generations.
X is eternal life y is destruction z is much less extreme so im saying here that more of the timeline will surface in z another story of ulitmate eternal destruction prevention? Btw new movie xyz so find some spare cash under your sofa for standby people
But what about the pillars in the town from X&Y that were supposedly once strong pokemon turned into stone when the weapon was fired? If the woman was waiting for her man for so long they must have had a strong bond and if he was turned to stone due to the firing of the weapon maybe it had an effect on her as well?
Wasn't there a war between Kanto and Johto? Or a region west of Johto? I remember reading that somewhere in HG SS. There's apparently a region west of Johto.
I have a strange theory that I am thinking of posting on my channel but you can use it if I can't (my wifi won't even let me download an app on my phone -_-)
AZ's weapon may have hit the Orre region because there are little to no wild pokémon there, perhaps it life absorbing ability is why most of it is desert.
Could be if the 2000 years and 3000 years were not the actual amount of time and those numbers were just rounded up or down, but otherwise yeah, what you said.
I have a theory, lasandre is really cyrus; they both blamed humans for the problems of the world, and try to destroy it, they both go crazy n similar ways at the end and they both have bad clothes and hair.
What if the war that is being talked about it here is the lucario movie war and it was residual efects from the super weapon that turned her to stone, I mean it wouldn't be the first time the show pulled this kind of b.s. on us.
This doesn't have much to do with the theory, but wasn't the lady actually a ghastly. The one that everyone sees in that ep. & then ghastly spoke with the real one residing within the rock.
It might not have been THE war but it might have been the aftermath of it. the hundred years war for example had the war of the roses at the end, which had repercussions into the next generations.
I feel there's more to this theory. It's plausible really, but that's hard to see from the facts you show.
I still love ur vids, but I just felt this one specific theory needs a little more, embellishment
+Tonya Greenbane Powers Yeah I was looking at the various different war timelines and two are 1000 years before and after this one.
Ok.
+ProtoMario . A few months ago you said you were going to do a theory about how it's impossible to catch them all, did you forget about it?
Cline Will Nope there is a long list of theories.
My theory is that the ghost was around the time of the "red/blue wars" which sir Aaron stopped
Bulbapedia says the maiden died around the same time of the war which sir Aaron was in, not the AZ war
+Type Masters *GASP* sir Aaron I the maiden's long lost lover!
Gaming Master Anthony
Interesting theory but the only plot hole I can see in this theory is the relationship between sir Aaron and the princess which was shown in the beginning of the film.
I know that this theory is possible by the show never showing who her lover is, she turned to stone just like sir Aaron and the relationship between sir Aaron and the princess could just be a friendship.
+Type Masters maybe the maiden is Sir Aaron's sister
PrimusVsUnicron
That could be possible
+Gaming Master Anthony Maybe some soldier in that war was the maiden's long lost lover.
In the XY&Z special they showed that Yveltal can turn people into stone, maybe the Maiden was attacked by Yveltal.
erm.. did woman turned into stone becouse of yvental
I wonder if Farfetch (i guessnthis is how it is written)has suicidal habits.
In japanesse culture exists a legend about a wild duck that has an onion stick and appears ofering itself as food for tired travelers.
Farfetch is based in that legend,i dont know if that happens in pokemon world.
+Rafael Patrón That seems kinda Far-fetched.
Sorry just had to say it. :P
Interesting
+Rafael Patrón farfetch'd
+Rafael Patrón I think like the dodo bird farfetch'd just aren't that smart or just adapted poorly to living with humans. in japanese calling someone a "duck bringing onions" (the phrase is also referenced in farfetch'ds japanese name) is like calling someone a schmuck or a sap.
+JimThePlanet
TY
How does a women randomly turn into stone?
Maybe Yvetal turned her into stone?
+Eevee she didn't turn to stone they built a statue
Protomario said how did she turn to stone.
+Eevee she lost the will to live
+Eevee She saw a Basilisk.
Could it be the war in pokemon lucario and the mystery of mew movie?
Marco Aguja, no, it is definitely not the war from Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, the evidence doesn't match up.
Question - was the war (either one) the same one Lucario was in, in the movie Lucario And The Mystery Of Mew?
if we cross cannons again, in Lucario and the mystery of mew there was another war
wasnt there something in the anime where ash was looking at a picture and said it was 200 years ago and had a date on it in the x and y series?
+ProtoMario Another theory: Orre was the region at war with Kalos. It would explain the overall shape of Orre's terrain and the lack of Pokemon found there, among other things.
orrie?
+Thomas Lackey Pokémon Coliseum
"This month we will talk about spooky SCARY SKELETONS!"
But on a more serious note, tisk tisk, it says _OVER_ 2000 years ago.
Was it from the war that Lt. Surge was from? Is Lt. Surge her long-lost lover? It would make more sense! Do it for a romance theme around Valentine's Day?
+Rachael Lefler Only if Lt. Surge is roughly 200 years old, then yes it could be, but he sure doesn't look that old, does he? But I agree on the romance theme.
+Rachael Lefler Don't think so. the one with Surge looks recent(90's recent), while based on the clothes in the flash back, it looks like the maiden's war is more medieval.
+Rachael Lefler Surge is officially part of the Gulf War.
Yeah, but if Pokemon don't die of old age, and another ProtoMario theory explored that people are a kind of Pokemon, maybe he IS 200 years old!
I know I'm grasping at straws... The Maiden's Peak war looks medieval, like you said... But very little detail is given about historical events in-universe...
I think she was! remember when AZ brought his pokemon back, all sorts of living things were turned to STONE!
Cool theory and all, but is no one shocked that they forced a floette to fight in a war. Like c'mon, if you're going to force some pokemons to fight a war, at least get some good pokemons like Magmortar or Dragonite.
Please do my theorie on:
Does the player kill him/herself when he/she uses an Escape Rope?
Shiny Swalo
Oof
Hey Proto, is the war in Lucario and the Mystery of Mew the same as the 1000 year war?
What about the war in the 8th Pokemon movie lucario and the mystery of mew?
Could you do a theory for why the Pokedex was incomplete during the Kanto region and what the actual Pokemon order should be!
yes plzzzzzzzzz
+Hidoni
Togepi... for one example
***** Why wouldn't Pichu be by Pickachu?
Well it was impossible to use a leaf stone on Eevee originally so how do you explain that one in the 'Pokemon story' ;)
+Joshua Bellis It's still impossible to use a leaf stone on Eevee.
This world has Pokemon in it... even though there are recognisable items in the world like the SNES its fair to say that the dates don't need to line up with the real world.Maybe the war is in fact the correct one but the Pokemon world had advanced in most areas faster than we have so it just seems lole the 90's or 2012 or whatever
+Nigel Farage of UKIP A visit to the Pewter city museum tells us that the fifty's have passed, unless someone got that space shuttle with a celebi.

let's talk about ash to make shit wrong.
why he carries pikachu to all other places? why we only see him with an old Pokemon, but new characters only have new Pokemon? mascot OK.......... what else?

The solution I see as to the ultimate weapon not just wiping out everything is that it requires a full charge to do so, which it didn't have after reviving Floette
wt about the war mentioned in Pokemon Movie: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew it could be that one :T
I liked the background song better than the Theory
photo everyone I have some evidence remember when lucario and mystery of mew where the anime went back in time and showed us a battle with pokemon in armor and humans in armor. this could be the battle in xy or the war from the maiden in the anime what do you guys think.
I was about to comment this lol he should have looked into that
+Joshua costanza Yeah, I think it's an unnamed war in Kanto the anime decided to show with this woman.

This activity is traditionally performed on the final evening of the Bon Festival in the belief that it will help to guide the souls of the departed to the spirit world.
now about the woman: i found this legend (Legend of the Waiting Statue) which is differend from the beginning but the ending is very simulair
His wife waiting for him day by day didn’t see her husband coming back.
Well here's the thing:
It has been established that the Pokemon series takes place across multiple universes.
However:
The question then becomes: which Multiverse does the anime fall into?
This can be proven when Mewtwo and Mew's attack in the pokemon first move when it turned ash into stone! so its not about the war but you could ask is what turned her into stone. and there are many other real life stories with this same mythology of people turning to stone.
wow half my post was incomplete lel i skiped half of what i was saying in the middle of a paragraph by accident
+Haku Hanako that's a cool theory. poke tears save the day.
+Princess Adalicia Kaiser and something like this happens when people are killed by nuclear bombs, but rather than rocks they turned into shadows
+ProtoMario wht if AZ ended the war at the end at the 1,000 years
+Mango Mega Latios916 Then we know why all those humans never came back.
Technically thanksgiving is in October in Canada. Lol
I wish he would take that circle with the lines out on the blue pokemon collage background next to Ducklett. It always bothers me haha. But that't just me
i don't think the Ulitmate Weapon was end of the world powerful, i think it only ravaged Kalos and the neighboring reigons.
Some spirits loose track of time by mythology and others have no concept that any has passed so she may think its only 1000 years when it could of been longer.
omg not again, I'm the 666th like DX seriously this is like the second time :P
thank u for cheering up my morning!!!
What if the soldier went to fight against Parfurm Palaces conquest of different regions?
BUT PROTO!!!! THE CLOSEST wars around this time i had found were the battles of Marathon (490), Kadesh (1274) and Megiddo(1457)
Make a video about: Who was the soldier she loved and who was the maiden. Please🙏.
i have a theory proto. the war from x and y is the same war from the the Lucario movie
Me and my friend Joshua was kissing Mady and Alexis
Who was the maiden's lover acutually?
No one knows.
hey, Proto, you rock. I watch your videos almost every day. thanks for making great content and inspiring me as a content creator myself.
i doubt that it might be sir aaron her love?
Hmmm... in the Ghost of Maiden's Peak, they said 2000 years ago, BUT they said "over 2000 years ago"... that could really mean between 3000 and 2000 years ago... But yeah, in the episode, they do keep going back to the 2000 years ago.... meh, I still quite like this theory even if it's technically impossible...
They said OVER 2000 years ago
I think it is the same war as in the lucario movie
Simple answer to your discrepancy at 2 minutes: It was like detonating a single nuke. Even though they both are threats to life itself, AZ's weapon only killed the people who killed his Floette (and made a massive crater), and ended the war, as that scared the hell out of the remaining participants.
are kalos and kanto parts of the same island?
a sword Pokemon in xy is the aftermath
hmmm me by the time line was damaged? and its only 200 years? hmmm i think there were a war in pokemon wold wear pokemon and humans fight but in the end pokemon became pokemon... erhhh and we know that humans evolved from pokemon meby aricies see this and make pokemon like to help people now.... instead of making war not sure tho....
Hm as I know it says OVER 2000 yers ago...
It's over 2000 !
*shrug* *shrug*
Also, 'Onyx-pected' XD amazing.
Thanksgiving is this weekend in Canada. Also Are their any spooky theories you can do about Phantump?
Okay so here's a theory. The later we go into the series of pokemon, the further back in history the lore goes. Like what if the ultimate weapon, powered by both Life(Xerneas) and Death(Yveltal), the most primal of natures forces, being used destroyed all life on the planet, except Az and Floette, but with the leftover life force energy of the pokemon and humans, created an egg, and from that egg hatched Arceus, into post apocalyptic "nothing."
So the egg came into being from nothing, and with the immense power received from the past worlds lifeforce, hatched into Arceus, an Immortal pokemon of near omnipotence, uses his own life force to create balance in the universe with the Tao(Zekrom, Reshiram, and Kyurem), and then to preserve the balance he created three opposing dimensions the guardians of Time(Dialga), Space(Palkia) and Nothingness(Giratina).
Rock on, Proto, rock on...
In the Pokemon XY anime there was an episode in which Ash Serena Clemont and Bonnie go to a haunted house in which they saw a 3rd age man ghost who showed an image with a date and Ash and co. said it was over 200 years old and it showed the date 1700 or 1800 can't remember, sorry.
ok sorry this isn't about the theory but how did you choose the pokemom for the intro ((HOOTHOOT :D))
2 problems.
1. Didn't humans sit the great kalos war out and send their Pokemon to fight?
2. Didn't the war last over 1000 years?
Is Oak Actually A Fake Professor? Like He Gives You An Empty Pokedex Saying he Has worked on it For Years...
ok if professor Oak knows other pokemon professors then why did Oak give Ash a old pokedex in the first region that can only take 151 why not just give Ash a national Dex
the games have a specific timeline that was confirmed and the games so far span about 9-12 years.... I think... you can always look it up...
Did you ever do a theory on royal pokemon? (Ex. Piplup>PrincePlup>KingPlup)
if so, can somebody link it?
OMG 1ST
Refreshes:75th
still erly
+epicentrik2002 Thanks for supporting me!
ProtoMario
OMG FAMOUS GUY REPLIED.
Oh also I think that it was AZ's war.
They sayed it was over 2000 years ago.
OVER!
epicentrik2002 Over does not mean 3000 years, over 2,000 years implies 2,000 years and some change - so the 3,000 year war is again an estimation.
ProtoMario
It is an posibility.
Over can mean 900.100 years war exist in history of world.
I think you deserve more views It's crazy I started watching about may 2014 and you have so many subscribers now!
Love the music too
hey! I think that the war at X and Y happened around the year 2040 because in the story it si said that he closed the worlds between pokemon and the humans. But pokemon can still be found around at Reds era.
BUT PROTO could this tie in to the lumiouse city ghost girl who said your not the one I'm waiting for
She could have gotten tired of waiting when she died and turned into a ghost and traveled around the world for the one she's waiting for
This episode is a folklore in Asia about a woman waiting for her husband to return from a war.
What if the war that is being talked about it here is the lucario movie war and it was residual efects from the super weapon that turned her to stone, I mean it wouldn't be the first time the show pulled this kind of b.s. on us.
Obonmatsuri - a Japanese festival (several others occur in Kanto as well).
This doesn't have much to do with the theory, but wasn't the lady actually a ghastly. The one that everyone sees in that ep. & then ghastly spoke with the real one residing within the rock.
+ProtoMario Will the answer part of the Q&A will be uploaded soon?
It might not have been THE war but it might have been the aftermath of it. the hundred years war for example had the war of the roses at the end, which had repercussions into the next generations.
