It seems we had to leave the party just as it was warming up! I listen to their music every day, if I can, they still brig cheer into an otherwise dreary lockdown world, we will always miss them.
Loving always our dearest Dubliners!!! The best of the best bands from Ireland to the World!🎶🎼🎵👍☘🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪 I think we can't describe in words such feeling in deepest of our hearts when we hear this timeless band!!!
Absolutely fantastic, never knew so many good video recordings from the 1970s existed, let alone from this short period with Jim McCann. However, if this is the full concert then it was a rip off ...

@@christophschmidt6052 There are 2 different Finnish groups: Pihasoittajat and Vanha Isäntä. I was the skinny long haired hippie that played fiddle in both groups ;)
@@gearoid9835that’s fair and you’re probably right but the comment at 3:20 to me doesn’t seem rude, it seems like a light joke about people from different countries struggling to understand each other

Luke-always at his best-it’s the only way he goes ☘️☘️☘️💚💚💚 love him
Never see s talanted bunch of characters together again the best folk group period
Luke Kelly as always gorgeous, perfect! Thank you Luke!
Luke messed up with some verses here, but damn he was on fire this night
Luke in rare form.
Another great find - thanks!!!!
That’s only the second live performance of Wild Rover (Luke Kelly vocals) I’ve seen on UA-cam - fantastic
Спасибо БГ! Завтра включу для сына, чтобы знал истоки и оригинальное звучание.
I saw their farewell concert in the Old National Stadium in 1972 ....
YOU STINKER!
Hów wróng can he be!!!
Farewell from what? You are aware The Dubliners never broke up until their 50th anniversary tour aren't you?
Luke on fire absolutely class
Luke was the besr folksinger ever i still love Him.
I think this concert is best of the best, but i just wonder is it just short concert or it wasn't fully recorded?
They lost a lot of their oomph without Ciaran
I don't agree. Ciaran was a good performer, but on his passing, the new mmbers took up the reins and were world beaters in the Irish Folk Scene.
McCann’s clear annoyance at 16:40.
At 3:20 and 13:20 Luke seems quite short with the audience. I get the impression that the crowd were quite loud and were heckling.

Hi Michael. This was all that was used in the broadcast at the time. The concert itself would have been much longer.
@@TheDublinersOfficial hope you don't mind me asking, who are the guys in the end, when they play the wild rover together?

live music, not your meat cutting
Luke came across quite rude to the Finnish audience that night. 3:20 and 13:20 for example.
It just feels like light hearted jokes to me
@@mesyoup.3zyit seems that the audience were quite loud and Luke was responding to that. At 16:40 Jim doesn't look too happy with them.

No Ronnie here
That Was Because He Was On A Solo Career From 1974 - 1979
