I just traded in my 2012 zl1 for a hellcat and my lord, it is a HUGE power difference from 580hp to 707hp. It took me a second to get use to the power. I agree take steps to prepare yourself to cars with more HP.

I’m 23 and currently driving an 08 Acura TL and aiming for an RT charger 2018 and up. I think the scat pack is dope but i think the RT has enough power for me and it’s also very attractive especially the 2019-2020. If i have the money for it, ill most definitely move up to a scat pack. Might not get a hellcat cause cali gas be too expensive 😂😂😂😅😅

No love for the widebody scat? Love the channel man! You got that hellcat now (widebody standard). The widebody scat comes with the six piston brembos, adaptive suspension, all performance pages and 305 pirellis all the way around and looks amazing, i have a 2020 in hellraisin, wish i could post a pic. I started with a 5.7 at 32 years old two years ago, i agree. Im still turning sideways a noticeable amount from 50 mph with the 305s, it surely can be irresponsible, still have not put it in track, at about 1700 miles. If anyone can afford something like this for a first car god bless them, shit, took me 15 years as an adult, had to shape up credit for 10 years to A+. I make $85k, so if you are 18 or 19 and have a mortgage and do this please give me some advice, I must be doing the wrong thing. Thats $85k in ohio, damn.

Very nice, the scat packs are a great value hope you do get it, be sure to enjoy it and rip some nasty burnouts (thank you line lock!). One recommendation, if you plan to push the car through some twisties or racing @ track and street, upgrade them damn tires. Not sure what year you would be getting, but Dodge is dumb AF when it comes to stock tires. My Hellcat comes with 275s all round (all do aside from widebody) - I replaced them with 285s initially but didn't help much with the amount of power they put down. Can't really go any bigger b/c stock HC wheels are 9.5 meh, so I'll be needing some new 11" ones. Luckily there is a vendor over on hellcat.org that makes awesome looking replicas of pretty much all the designs and colors.

It depends on your money. If you can get a fully loaded 5.7 then you can get 392. If you can only afford a base v6 that’s cool too. You can’t play unless you get in the game.

It’s only been 2 years but so far I haven’t had a single problem. But another kid at my school his dad bought him a cat and he crashed it in 2 weeks. Not everyone is the same

I went from a '99 4 cylinder camry to a '13 6.4L srt8 charger... I raced everything moving.. Its a better idea to get experience in basic driving in something thats cheap cause man... I would have had a hard time paying for what i damaged on the camry if i had damaged it on the charger!! Better move in life fr!

Honestly you should start out small maybe a V6 build your credit and in a couple of years after paying off your V6 move up if your smart you would just get an R/T then pay that one off then jump to the big one, by then your credit score and credit history should be on point to get the car of your dreams, at least that is what I did I bought my first challenger a sxt V6 I paid it off and now I have an R/T I am almost done paying this one off I have 2 1/2 years left and I will be done, I will have two cars paid off and in my name my credit history in both cars are perfect I will wait and see how these new inline 6 cars do or maybe get the banshee if not I will get the Mustang dark horse, by the way all this took 6 years so you will have too put in the work but in the end it is worth it I could sell my SXT and R/T and get the car I want it I could rent them both out to pay for the car I want.

One of the worst things a young person can do is get into a hefty car payment. There will be time, invest in your future first. You can get a lot of nice cars that I would have dreamed of when I was a kid for much cheaper.

Im 20 and still getting a hellcat. For me, after a hellcat comes the tuner cars that i will build myself.
