Totally agree. Impossible to turn the screwdriver no matter how much I push and turn. Obviously you need to get those pins below the bump visible on the underside of the wheel, however the axle won't push move down to allow passage. Then there's the toggle lock with no obvious means to release it from horizontal to vertical position to line it up, neither pressure, nor pulling, pushing. It's probably something simple, but very disappointed .

same here. It looks like the length is wrong as I can't get the axle to seat in enough. Might resort to using a file but it should not be this way.
