There is a saying dont cry over spilt milk. This is not worth it standing there 45 to 1.25 hrs stirring milk and evaporating it and if you fail to attend it burns and burns the pot so bad you cant remove the scour marks. Making rasmali is an all day or half a days work and one wrong step it will not come right. I would just stay away from this and let the milk go. Take better care of milk next time.
