Jab mene 1st time rasmalai banayi thi to vo hard hogayi aur bacho ne uska naam rakha ras peda😂. Ab ye recipe dekhne k baad jab mene rasmalai banayi to alhamdulillah bohot achi bani. Doodh me boil aate hi mene usme rasmalai k balls add kardiye aur kuch der tak slow flame par pakne diye. Jazakallahu khair bhai apne bohot ache se ye recipe sikhaye❤

Jazakallah khair bhai... mene apki recipe ko half quantity ma banaya gm ma measure krke. Aur isma oil b add kia ha knead krte waqt mene. Rasmalai dekhne ma bht soft bani aur bikhar nahi rahi thi... it is really a failproof recipe!!!!😊
I used to make very nice ras malai ,never measured any thing just by Andaza 2ndly I used to put cardamom powder and pistachio powder..now I am old ,I don't make., you have explained it very well for beginners.
I made them just now. The results are amazing. They’re still hot and put them in a big deep glass bowl. My feeling is that 1 liter milk was enough for this measurement of milk powder as balls seem to be floating and milk is all over the bowl.

Well did not turn into Kheer. I made 3 batches 2 did not turn good. But one batch was yummy. So I have no idea what went wrong.
I know this recipe, thanks , you tell the perfect recipe. Just cook on low flame half an hour for better results .

@Areej Fatima my dear its the same, method is also the same but i use just one extra ingredient to make the dough for the ras gulla balls and that's little bit of oil like 1-2 tbsp. But since chef Afzal Arshad is a chef and im just a home cook so i can't say if addition of the oil is a good option or not. But one thing i do know is that is almost has no effect on the recipe and the ras malai is just as delicious as he says 😋.
The only change in my recipe is i do not measure the egg and i use 1 egg of regular size n add 1-2 tbsp of oil instead of another half or full egg. So try it this way if you wush to. This definitely is a fool proof recipe 😋 and whoever you serve it to will ask you for more and for the recipe 100% 😄
This is a max 10mins recipe. So make sure you make the dough and don't leave it . Just quickly mix and make balls making sure they have no cracks or lines. This should not take more than 5 mins. Then put them in hot milk cover and cook exactly like chaf Afzal has guided 😊

@@ibrahimirha1679 Nido ya nestle bunyaad koi bhi good quality powder milk use ker saktey hein . Bas creamers like everyday na use kerein.

When I followed the exact recipe , it came out perfect. But when I changed slightly, the milk balls became hard from inside. So it’s very important to follow exactly the same steps.

Don’t forget to use lot of cardimum and skip egg yolks from eggs to prevent too much yellowing

While trying this recipe rasmalai balls were not crackfree at all but I didn't put a spoon in the pan while cooking it and chilled it in the same pan in which it was cooked... And it turned out amazing 🤍😂
