      I urge u to read the court transcript. The DA clearly stated she passed from closed fist blows to her head and torso. My words here aren't in line with this cause but if we want the truth the court transcript is an excellent place to begin.

      @LadyBirch 23 дні тому

      @@ThaiChinaMalay I think you need to listen to the whole video because what you just said is wrong. She never knew that they were never presented with that information that was withheld from the jury. They were only presented with shaken baby syndrome and the received the explanation for the brain bleeding as shaken baby syndrome, it was never revealed that the child was in the hospital for days medicine that could cause a brain bleed and that the procedure is done for days to keep the baby alive. Could’ve caused brain bleeds. They were advised that the baby died shortly after it arrived to the hospital everything that was given was incorrect so there isn’t anyway that she would’ve known any of that and if you would’ve watched the whole video you would know that.

      From Attorney General....Dr. Jill Urban, the medical examiner who performed the autopsy on the two-year-old’s corpse, testified during the trial using photographic evidence that Nikki’s head had been repeatedly struck leaving clear impact wounds totally incompatible with merely being violently shaken. Dr. Urban’s findings were reviewed by six supervising medical examiners at the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office, all of whom agreed and signed off on her autopsy report. In 2016, when Roberson’s case was being appealed, Dr. Urban unequivocally affirmed that she “quite clearly defined multiple impact sites to the head and ruled that the death was due to blunt force injuries.” there's much much more. Such an injustice to so many people!
    The prosecution did
    - and still are by refusing to admit they were totally wrong to even pursue charges against this innocent man -
    a total injustice to every juror by withholding evidence and manipulating them and the public into thinking he was guilty.
    It’s reprehensible to know the prosecutor would have made the jury complicit in the death of an innocent man if it wasn’t for this intervention.
    This continues to happen all over our country every day - this drive by prosecutors’ to get guilty a verdict supersedes the requirement for justice. They just won’t take objective view of the evidence, but do everything they can to hide proof from juries.
    That is criminal.
    We certainly can’t trust our justice system anymore.
