Hi Wendy I love Nankhatai can I make them in the Ninja dual air fryer AF300 if so please advise temperature and time I know this is a big ask thank you

Hi Wendy... These look yummy ... What should the temperature be set to if I am using convention mode in the microwave? Both for pre heating and baking?

it's not coming together wendy....i cant form round shape balls...they are breaking 😢 but still trying.

I didn't give up, as I trusted your recipe. If I have done everything correctly then how come it can't form round shape...
I kept moulding... Kept moulding into a dough without adding water & finally it started taking shape.
What a relief 😌 😊..

Looks delicious 😋- I’ve never baked using ghee - I think I have to make this recipe. Is there a recommended ghee brand that you can suggest? I also live in Ontario.

I just made these nankhatais . I just couldn’t stop myself I was quite hesitant while making as it didn’t have any baking agent . But oh boy it turned out just as her thumbnail.. give it a try but I don’t know I was kinda missing something in the taste . Maybe I am sick at the moment. I must say after like 2 hours it kinda started to harden in middle . Yet it’s a lovely fail proof recipe.

Can I add icing sugar instead of grinding sugar
You could, but it may change the texture of the nankhatai as icing sugar contains cornstarch😊

How did that happen? Did you put the right propertions of every ingredient. You need to knead it gently till it comes together😊🎄
