@@anandagaming2171 BMS should be of 4s series and current rating based on your device max current. Suppose you device can draw 30 amp so it's should be above 30amps cap. Rest specification on your choice..
This descripion is not correct, you can not charge battery through BMS wires, the BMS wires are just for monitoring.When one BMS wire reach its setpoint ex. 4,5 Volt ,charging of all battery will stop. vica versa when discharing, if one BMS wire reach low set point ex. 3,6 Volt discharging will stop.
Do all the electric vehicles with Li_Ion battery pack, come with a BMS pack automatically by default or do we have purchase the same separately? Kindly reply.

Hello sir 24v 350 watt ki kit k liye 6s bms ka battery packbanaye ya 7s ka. Pmdc kit he . Bicycle k liye.
Pls look how much cell connected in series and select BMS accordingly...
6s mean 6 cell in seriesl & 7s mean 7 cell in series. 6 s pack max x 25.2 & 7s max v 29.4 & both bms r 25 amp so witch pack will work very good
@@rajumakwana1335 both bsm is is perform quaully selection is depends on your requirement. You require 27v or 29v pls see what your motor volt required no need to give excess volt..

Thanks sir my problem is that how battery pack (42amp 48volt lipo4)is balance because two rows show 2.8?2.3volt other rows shows3.2volt bms cuts the apply when battery goes 51.2volt.After charging battery show full charge volt is 55vol please give advice

Is there any dedicated ECU in EV for BMS. Or onboard ASIC is enough for this task
BMS does balance cells. Passive balancing not worth in practical.

Your explanation is on assumption that BMS will work as per design but many time BMS are not suppose to do there work and Battery pack shows early exhausted due to wrong behaviour of BMS.

In case of Lithium Phosphate IR should be about 10mohm can consider a v.good cell. How ever higher IR cell can also used for EV application. Manufacturer always give details of C capacity. Generally LPO cell comes with 3C cap.

This is not a correct theory for bms
In practical ebike bms just monitor voltages of cells. While charging If the voltage starts increasing of individual cells, it cutoff at 4.25. Even if others are not properly charged. Similarly, when its discharged if the voltage from any of its series is 3v it again cuts circuit off. In this way BMS actually works in practical.
Just think how small BMS series wires are🤣🤣🤣.
