The situation Filipinos were in during Duterte's admin could not have been more shameful. The ruling was in our favor but discouraged to invoke it, as no less than the sitting president wanted to shut up about it. To curry favor which did not even come. How many ways can Duterte twist this to erase his stupid diplomatic stunts. Even Lorenzana looked pained to not comment on the matter. He was initially vocal against China and then no more.

The BRICS PLUS is getting bigger and we are not on it because we are choosing to the wrong side and what gonna happen for the future generations Duterte is a visionary...
