If you dont need the preamp function the A30pro trumps this one, and now you can get the 789 for $240 and even $200 if you can wait, this performance bracket is getting very interesting and affordablish, which is great. I would love to see if these amps can drive the HE6 too.

Please consider a nice 3 axis gimbal for the camera balanced up there on your wobbly turnip, as myself & many others suffer vertigo & in real danger of parting with our supper via high resolution audio visual projectile vomiting.. 🤢😊 You know it makes sense. At first I was not sure, but it took a bit and I have really taken to this amp. It really does a good job. It does things. Watch out if you go for high gain--- it is really HIGH. I absolutely love this using the Dekoni Blue.
Hi Zeos and friends, I just ordered my Smsl Ho200 Amp and Smsl Do200 Dac, I could use some advice in what speakers do you recommend for this combo. It's for my desk so, size matters 😂 300€/$ top price also. My current headphone is the Sennheiser 599SE, and for gaming it's doing an average job, but I would love to get more imaging and soundstage, what is your recommendation for this features ? The class of the amplifier has *almost* nothing to do with the specs it can achieve. Class A is by far the easiest and cleanest topology to implement, it's completely linear as well unlike all the other classes. Fun fact: almost all headphone amps are class A or AB whether they say they are or not. The main difference you may be hearing between something like the HO200 and Singxer SA-1 is that the SA-1 uses discrete components instead of op-amps. Discrete implementations tend to be harder to design and more costly and also harder to achieve very clean measurements, while op-amp designs are much cheaper and require a lot less effort to get absurdly good measured performance.
Hay zeos, you might be able to check my sanity with the Singxer amp, with the toggle switches on the bottom, I can't figure out what changes when I flip them. With them all on or all off and using the HI and LOW I hear no difference. The manual is in broken english and does not seem to clearly indicate what they do but does mention that all should be in either on or off position. Also good to see that SMSL has made the bridge to the higher end headphone amp side of things been a big fan of there products so far (partly due to your reccomendations :3) keep up those awsome reviews.

I have a Questyle CMA600i, which is a current mode amp, and it claims a frequency response of "DC-100 KHz (+0, -0.7 db)" and "DC-600 KHz (+0, -3 db)" and the description in the manual says one of the benefits of a current mode amp is "extremely wide bandwidth."
Zeos or anyone really, what does the t60 argon pads do for the regular t60rp. Just gotta my t60rps in and was wondering the the t60 argon pads would do for them. I love the stock sound, was just wondering what would change sound wise

I got those pads for my 880 and those pads make the sound feel like you are in a box. do you know those big boxes cigarettes are transported, is like one of those big card boxes are lowered over your head and over the music around your head. I tried putting on other headphones and the effect is very similar. Sure the pads feel great but OMG they destroy the sound.
