I seen Pink Floyd in '89 in Lexington, Kentucky. I went in that place STRAIGHT AS AN ARROW. With all the props they had and all the stuff that was flying in the air,.... After 3 1/2 hrs of that and all the pycodelic lights going on, I came out of there Higher than Hell!!! I was in a state of Euphoria!!!! And I didn't do NOTHING!!!! That's how powerful they are!!!!
There's a long standing debate whether or not Pink Floyd is progressive or psychedelic rock perhaps a mix? BUT they were a great band no matter. I like the extra sax in this but still prefer the original better, why change perfection? If Pink Floyd wanted they themselves could have done the album differently turning it into a double LP...but didn't, Personally I don't like remasters either I much prefer ORIGINAL recordings...same for movies too. Remasters and added and/or removed scenes take me out of the feeling from what I've remembered and to me is messing with a masterpiece.
How can you not enjoy such beautiful music, when Pink Floyd released Dark Side Of The Moon, I had the album and the 8-track, what a work of art music!!!!

I was getting into the placid music so grandly until 14:18... then I had an abrupt revive to conscienceless. If there is an even longer version of this track I aim to procure it. The bass notes have been with me all my adult life, yet I seldom heard the song entirely. Really one of the most precious music piece arrangements ever recorded on planet Earth, imho. Thank you, Nicky and David and Roger and Richard.
