If you're confused about which team is which, it's really simple. The icon on the bottom right indicates what team is talking and the border around the icon indicates what side the team is on. Red is T/Attacking and Blue is CT/Defending.

Face it level 10 is much better than global elite, a "balanced" match would have been against global elite, but they would have been rekt since like you said, they aren't familiar, but with lvl 10 faceit that disadvantage is kinda covered
For the people that are confused about which side the players are on: The rank on the bottom right represents which team is talking and the outline around it shows which side they’re on (Red = attackers, blue = defenders). The bottom left (where the agent icon is located) shows the spectated players perspective. It also has a red/blue shadow so you can tell which side they’re on. Hope this helps

If anyone is confuse on who is who The radiant icon outline is blue which means the blue people on your screen is radiant the Global Elite icon is Red which means they have red outlines
And to think that a global elite is only lvl 6 in faceit, I don't know how much elo these lvl10 will have, but if they were 3k or more, the game would end sooner
Valo players have home advantage knowing the maps, abilities and tactics better. But the csgo players have better overall gun skill (ie. crosshair placement, reaction times and awareness)
Interesting how relatively close this was. In the Globals vs Radiants video, everyone swore that level 10s would mop the floor with Radiants. How much experience do these level 10s have on Valo? What were the Radiants’ Faceit/MM/ESEA ranks back in CS? I think that would paint a clearer picture of the gaps.
Radiant were probably 3k ELO CS GO However, 2k ELO CS GO can reach radiant. It's a different game and they need some different skillset that faceit level 10 are not guarantee to get radiant

Fyi，the average Faceit level 10 is no where near top 100 of cs go players. You could have a level 10 with 2k elo(minimum requirement to be lv10) and 2.8k elo and the difference would be massive.

the Global Elite icon is Red which means they have red outlines

It's important to note that faceit level 10 is only 2000 ELO. there are lots of 3k ELO player in faceit
Valo players have home advantage knowing the maps, abilities and tactics better. But the csgo players have better overall gun skill (ie. crosshair placement, reaction times and awareness)

Interesting how relatively close this was. In the Globals vs Radiants video, everyone swore that level 10s would mop the floor with Radiants.
How much experience do these level 10s have on Valo? What were the Radiants’ Faceit/MM/ESEA ranks back in CS? I think that would paint a clearer picture of the gaps.

However, 2k ELO CS GO can reach radiant.
It's a different game and they need some different skillset that faceit level 10 are not guarantee to get radiant

Fyi，the average Faceit level 10 is no where near top 100 of cs go players. You could have a level 10 with 2k elo(minimum requirement to be lv10) and 2.8k elo and the difference would be massive.

Yeah in Cs you need more info, in Valorant you have shit like cypher and kj so info isnt that important.

Nah , I was SMFC in CS GO but could never make it past platinum in Overwatch and Diamond 4 in League of legends . CS GO improves your aim in FPS games though
