During earlier Covid, I was in Restaurant Depot. A customer helped me out regarding a purchase of meats. He answered a bunch of questions and taught me about the steaks. I realized he didn't work there at the end of our conversation. It was the owner of Brooklyn Square. The nicest guy you could ever meet. He's an absolute gentleman. I told him that I was from Aberdeen, NJ. He said that he's planning on coming out this way. We can't wait. You have a loyal customer when you do. They make excellent pizza and they're great people.
Back when Brooklyn Pizza was first starting up near us, when they heard about my Grandpop passing away, they came over and gave a tomato pie and baked ziti to our family for free. So this place holds a special place in my heart.
If a pizza box touts "Respect the Craft" it's gotta be an 7.0+. I love how Dave has no idea where he is xD He's honest and great with people no matter where he goes. This dude has provided so much business for small businesses that were struggling before he showed up at the door. His uploads are an awesome charity!
Haddon Heights, actually... In fact it borders close to Audubon. I know because I live not to far away from the place. I've been there and it's good but the problem is the wait is agonizing when ordering during the evening, especially on a Friday. Ordered 20-30 minutes before going over to pick it up, then waited another 20-30 minutes to wait for it.

Yes, everyone asking about the pizza…it is always cheese. He does this to score even across the board and make it fair as everyone has a classic cheese. Also easier to taste sauce and crust without added items to it. Plus a lot of people end up eating the pizza, so easier for others to eat.

The pizza is decent. I grew up a half a block down the street in the 90s. the place was called Mimmo’s then and it was owned by a Sicilian gentleman named Tony. Never has there been better pizza in these parts
You are relying on nostalgia bias on Mimmo's, my old friend. Angelo's was the best in this region. Mimmo's while great relative to the era wasn't mind-blowing. Best part of Mimmo's was that they were laundering money for the Mob.

The pizza is decent. I grew up a half a block down the street in the 90s. the place was called Mimmo’s then and it was owned by a Sicilian gentleman named Tony. Never has there been better pizza in these parts

You are relying on nostalgia bias on Mimmo's, my old friend. Angelo's was the best in this region. Mimmo's while great relative to the era wasn't mind-blowing. Best part of Mimmo's was that they were laundering money for the Mob.
@@geoffrobinson I respectfully disagree, buddy!! (on the pizza not the money laundering). Every Saturday night after closing the lot out back would have 5 or 6 Benz and Caddy's while the boys were having a sit down, playing cards and drinking their limoncello. I miss Tony. Mimmo's for life

It's pathetic when people try to beat the score by saying oh this is the one we are known for after hearing a low score...in my opinion, their score goes from 7.3 to a 6.7 for that.
