    Very cool. Ironically I’m designing a record player drawer just like this, which I’ll be cutting soon with my ShopSabre.

    How did you mount the spindle mount to side of cnc? Did you have to drill it there yourself or was that an option when purchasing. Also can you share plans on that built in router bit organizer you have there at the back of the Cnc behind the ATC

      They can be many difference style - just depends what bit you select -- Vortex Tool is a great resource for sourcing the bit of your choice.

    What RPM do you run the radius bit at?

      tooling feeds and speeds are variable based on chip load rating for the tool itself. The Tool manufacturer should be able to supply you with that.

    How are you holding those small parts down on the spoil board without them sliding around?

      @@shopsabre I have the Hurricane. It won't hold down my parts any near what you show in that video.

    • @shopsabre
      @shopsabre  7 місяців тому

      @garyh5181 yes, the hurricane is very under powered for such attempt.

      @@shopsabre what’s the pass depth on those?

    • @shopsabre
      @shopsabre  Рік тому

      @@jweeks1995I will try to gather that information for you but if you have a ShopSabre the full lesson will soon be available for SabreNation University which goes through the tool path. In the meantime, tech support is available to go through technical questions as well.

    Won't they warp?

    • @shopsabre
      @shopsabre  6 місяців тому +1

      No, typically if done correctly with the right materials it should not be an issue.

      @@shopsabre You would think otherwise from the feedback I get from door manufacturers telling us how difficult these are, hence so expensive.

    • @shopsabre
      @shopsabre  6 місяців тому +1

      @@Curious_Skeptic well difficulty level is all dependent on the process, tools, equipment, staffing, software, etc. I cannot speak for their business model
