How to make Slow Roasted Lamb Shanks - Ep. 86

- Nothing quite beats a slow cooked lamb shank. This recipe is so bloody easy and quick, you can forget about it for the day and come diner time, have a melt in your mouth lamb shank to tuck into.
Ingredients:
4 lamb shanks
Flour
Salt and pepper
1 onion
2 Tbs tomato paste
500 - 750 ml of red wine
1 can of chopped tomatoes
2 large carrot
3 sticks of celery
2 sprigs of rosemary
3 bay leaves
Salt and Pepper
Cook at 140C for 3.5 - 4 hours
Serve with mashed potatoes and green beans

Nahhhh .... But i had once with less smell ... Ummm yum! Tell me your secret... Pleaaaaassssse ^___^
+Pattra B. if you dose any meat in vinegar or lemon/lime prior to cooking (you can even rinse it later) somehow it kills that fresh smell
