Love this recipe - the video was super informative, everytime I had a question, the next part would answer it. The production and flow of the videos has come a really long way, great stuff 👏

Just made the coffee right hand although I used plantation pineapple rum as I’m not keen on mango. A beautiful drink.

Try the Meletti 1870 and Calisaya as alternatives to Campari and Aperol.
Favorite cocktail is called Almost Perfect. Served at Canlis in Seattle. Pineapple rum, meletti amaro, cochi americano, grenadine, ango and luxardo

Well Oiled Mai Tai. Super simple, rich, and delicious, and fun to experiment with by splitting the rum base.

The cocktail I really like in the sunmer that is very refreshing, low abv and nobody has heard of is Nester's refresher. It's a rif on the porto tonico. It's 2 parts white port, 2 parts lemon juice, one part suze, peychaud's bitters and topped with tonic water. I like the fever tree mediterranean tonic water with this one. I am curious to see if you can turn this one into a delicious coffee cocktail!

Wow, that sounds amazing! I’ve tried white port and tonic and it’s great but that sounds even better! Borrowing a hint of White Negroni vibe (which I love) and adding it to that is a great combination. Coffee could definitely work too 🤔😉
