    Wow, Andrei’s tennis us excellent. His serves are booming & strokes are smooth.
    What strings & tension does he use? Does he customise his racquet at all?

      Thx. Solinco Tour Bite 16 at 53 pounds. I recommended him to add some lead to the handle

      @@cpadurar thanks for the info. The lead at the handle makes it more head light which is good for his one-handed bh.
      All the best to Andei’s tennis career.

    How is he enjoying the bigger head size? I increased from a 95 to a 98 and never looked back. I don’t think he was really lacking power. What was he looking for in the new racket?

      He loves it, it is a surprise for me because I was looking forward for the time when he'll be capable of handling a control racket, I first switched from Babolat Pure Drive to Wilson Pro Staff when he was 14 and he had to switch back, he could not accelerate the racket enough. But it is true that he was looking to add more power on the backhand, and he told me that he feels the backhands better now. We'll get a better idea when he'll practice more against stronger players.

    Did he change the racket because of sponsorship?

    • @cpadurar
      @cpadurar  2 роки тому

      No, he just felt his backhands more consistent with this racket.

      @@cpadurar his strokes look better than ever!, people say that 100sq inc raquets are not suited for one handers but if it has the right balance it can be better and more forgiving, i use prince textreme tour 100 310 grams and i love it, maybe a little light for him but its a great racquet, glad hes thinking out of the box
