dr brown ,u r phenomenal, thanks for ur all wonderful ,lucid ,clear lectures and thanks for uploading,u r doing wonderful job ,helping doctors worldwide to b better
Such high quality lectures! I don’t know if this was mentioned, please ask future speakers to use in-program cursor when they are pointing to something on screen. A lot of time I hear “here and here...” but have no clue where they are pointing too. But it’s a minor thing, overall thank you so much for this wonderful high quality lectures.
gio basta Thanks Gio! It's something we're constantly working on. Because of our curriculum, there are times we are posting lectures from different set ups (before we upgraded mics, while we were dialing things in, working with the AV specialists at the hospital, etc). I am happy to say that we think we have made some changes over the last 2 months that will improve what we can do for the quality.
Me, finding a similar dx while my doctors keep scratching their head here at Rush Chicago. Why is so hard to understand a patient with multiple syncope, sx 53/40 hr54 and before hr 34, but doctors will say, no treatment is th best...yet America has a high rate of SCDs.. this is what is wrong with the US Healthcare system.

Amazing lectures! I love
Your videos are fantastic. The only thing I would sometimes improve? the audio quality. Keep this up, you are great.
