1 )why did she start at the roots and not at the midshaft and ends which tend to be more resistant. 2)the base in the back went way too dark to be platinum. I like the result though!
They also did this in another video where they made another girl blonde. If I were her I would start applying away from the root and and start at the nape, not at the front!
