Another good place to farm for Charms is Lavina Mine Cave, the first area (before going right and continuing the path) has got a lot of Ore Gathering Points, and all you have to do is walk out and walk back in to reset the Ores, it'll take a loading screen longer, but I find farming there a lot more pleasant because all gathering points are closely clustered together. Edit/Addendum: I counted the amount of Ore Gathering points in the area, it's 12.

There are around 5-6 nodes in a certain Mine area right inside the zone. Not sure if charms rank are determined by zone or anything because that'd be a great place to farm them.
There’s a better loop for armour and talismans in that region. The mine cave there you can do the circle loop first zone in and find 12-13 ore. And then some in and out of it to refresh it. With dash to get through the spots that don’t have any you can do a loop in 30 seconds or so
lol a little late to the party but I got one with Showdown XL & Head-On XL - Seriously increases Head-to-Head damage and Winning Head-to-Head makes the Kinship Gauge fill up faster. Kinship Gauge fills up incredibly fast. I paired up with Boltreaver Armor+ and I use shelling on Fatalis Gunlance to charge Kinship. Basically, I got a 100% charge every time I won a Head-to-Head.
I went the whole story thinking "I'll never use might and adamant charms".. My first high rank den taught me otherwise 😂 I also took advantage of flee once or twice lol

From my testing, the Prayer is the fallback for when the charm timer runs out. They do not stack at all. You can see which effect is in play on the menu screen in the top right. This can be proven with the prayer that gives you extra points at the end of the fights. While the charm timer is going, you do not get the bonus points.
Don't know if it's efficient or not but if you go into the lavania mine cave there's a ton of mining nodes Update: take the video route but go into the cave at the khezu spawn for about 3-6 extra golden nodes just at the start of the mine
Personally I just walk into the mine cave, get 6 nodes that are garanteed to respawn near the entrance, walk out of the cave and repeat many times. I like that method because it is so mindless since there are no monsters or anything to watch out for so I can watch a movie or something at the same time :D Doing the whole route + the cave is probably faster tho, but also more effort since you have to fly to many places :)

Got Crit XL + Kinship XL and then got a perfect Greatsword talisman, Crit XL and Furyslash XL, I've paired this with the Nerg set and gotta say, that charge slash spam is pretty nasty. I still haven't stumbled across a charm that is like Critical Kinship where you crit and get kinship. Can someone confirm that a charm like this exists? It sucks that we don't have a list of these charms. Would be nice to see what we can potentially get.
So I thought this was doable with expeditions but checked all of mine and it doesn't. I did some googling and aparently jungle expeditions give them as a reward but not a lot of them. For most of the other charms: Go to the stable paw. Each of the expedition areas brings back different charms on treasure hunter mode. You want to match up the right element monsties to get to 100%. Terga is might, Lamure is lucky, Loloska is adamant, Hakolo is finding, Alcala is mounting, forbidden grounds is training.
I have a question about eggs. Do you have to beat the monsters that aren’t story ones, to unlock their eggs? Like the ones that roam around but you havnt fought yet

yo anyone done a test for using different charms and prayers? like lucky charm and then recovery prayer is an ez test, to see if we can use 2 different ones at the same time, cuz ive noticed when my charm ran out, i have my prayer active when it was a different prayer
so I used the cave method a good month ago and it was successful but since the last few patches i've noticed today that the Talismans dont appear as often as they used to :(
You can run normal dens and grab all the chests for about 30 a run and you should be able to buy normal tickets from the merchant post game for 30k or for 8 caps from the cat
@@scungillimane so, right ahead of you are 2 nodes, then you go towards where ivory usually is, which has one in front of him and one behind him, then you go into the tunnel with seltas queen, go out, up the hill where there’s 3 more 2 next to the area you’ve come from and 1 on the opposite side, then finally you fly up to the cliff where there’s 2 more, so it’s not the fastest, if you pick all of them up, you’ll get around 1 minute and 11 seconds, but I messed up a bit during that run, and picking up all is quite rare, and on top of that, it’s the same pattern you take to check all dens, allowing you to search for super rare dens, and rare dens which there have nergi
@@phaserush9434 save a bunch of bottle caps and buy about 10 black cat rare random talisman depending on how much you are willing to pay. If there is nothing you want reload the save and re-enter the village to refresh the talisman pool, then try again.

Sometimes in the first spot you fly too, a barrel Felyne can spawn, where the three mining nodes are, so keep an eye out when farming in Loloska

You should use basarios ability to locate the exact locations of gold ore to make flying to them easier to find
what field in the monstie expedition do we get the gathering charms ? cant seem to pinpoint it , and no guides tell where it can be farmed

When it procs after a few turns it explodes and does damage, a guide isn't necessary

Why would anyone call talismans charms when charms are already in the game as a different item? That's just silly.
some people like me came from mhw, where talisman in that game is called "charm" for whatever reasons.
