Loved this newborn haul Amy so excited for you can’t believe your in the final month of pregnancy time has flown by seriously! As a first time mom you should look into getting the OWLET DREAM SOCK monitor , it’s like sock you put on baby’s foot and it tracks all vitals during the night and alerts you on your phone if any thing happens with baby or possibly the breathing I heard it’s definitely eases anxiety sleeping with a newborn and not having to constantly check on them during their sleep

I’m so excited for you! Definitely can tell you’re a first time momma 🥰 I didn’t use half the stuff you got, for any of my children, so with this baby, I plan on buying very little.
Also, if you do plan to nurse, don’t forget nursing pads and the cream (same brand as your milk storage bags). The cream for my nipples was a lifesaver, and nobody told me how painful it would be. But here I am now, 9 years into nursing and on baby #5

Yasss I have everything that’s baby brezza. The formula one is literally a life saver! I would recommend swaddles and a white noise machine! Mother of a 2 month baby girl 🥰
Love love love the haakka and the portable noise machine. Only other thing that was a must have for me was a car seat that clips into the stroller so you don’t have to unclip baby and wake them up. Especially for second baby it’s easier but love the look of the uppa baby stroller

Makes me so excited to have my 2nd! I haven’t got all the way through but before I forget, the Hakka or haaka is a good “Manual” pump for when you are breastfeeding because your other breast will be leaking and it’ll catch all of the milk instead of it leaking and going to waste!
Here I am with my 2 year old not pregnant loving watching this video 😍 I will say yes you did grab things you won't need but you will learn with time like we all did what works and what doesn't work for you.
I will say as soon as you mentioned the Hakka I knew you were set. I've breastfed my son for 2 years and the first 8 months when he was breastfeeding most or when I would get clogged, it was a lifesaver.
Tip:
Since you want to breastfeed: Don't get discouraged!! I will say if it wasn't for my mom and hubby encouraging me the first few weeks I would have given up. But thankfully they were constantly reassuring and it definitely helped:)

Oh, and you did great with all the pacifiers. Some babies like them, some don't. But they get lost easily or you forget them. I would have them everywhere. 1 in the diaper caddy, a few in the diaper bags and yes I had different bags, depending where I was going and how long I would be out.
you may want a diaper bag that is a backpack! they make compact versions. they're super easy to travel with and they strap to your stroller! :)
You are me and I am you. With the exception of maybe 5 items, we made IDENTICAL purchases. Yay us first time moms! GET IT ALL!!!!!
I got everything pretty much on your list with my first baby and I absolutely LOVED everything except the orange susher and wet wipes. We’re now expecting baby boy #2 and I’m so glad we kept everything because my 1st son grew out of almost everything by his 1st year. 💙

I know you probably don't want suggestions but I would recommend a swing. The Graco swing and bouncer in one is amazing. Also I went through so many bottles finding what works for my baby boy and he loves Avent I recommend getting the pacifiers as well. My baby hated the mam ones. Also swaddles are life savers when you have a newborn. I highly recommend getting the velcro but make sure they zip up from the bottom. I have a few that didn't and let me tell you they rarely get used because you don't wanna take snug sleeping baby out of it just to change a poo diaper. Also sleepers with the zipper from the bottom. They literally live in them when they are born and make changing so much easier. Yes to huggies for diapers they are hands down the best!
I like the ergopouch swaddles! I also have a few halo ones as well
I had the Embe swaddles but didn’t use them as much because the valcro was really loud when changing baby and he would wake up during changes I found the love to dream swaddles to be a lot nicer and easier as well ☺️☺️

Keep the manual one in your diaper bag is good too have in case your need to pump and your out and about

Also from Canada and heard the spectra is the best pump but you'll have to replace parts often and they are not easily accessible in Canada if you decide to exclusively pump.

A little tip:
I have 2 kids and during both deliveries my mother-in-law would get a semi-wet, cool cloth and placed it on my forehead and neck to help me cool down. Have someone do this for you.
And eating ice helped as well, you cool down and get hydrated.
Because, like you mentioned, during labor you do become hot and sweaty and IRRITABLE.
Also, some hospitals provide a rocking chair (or even a exercising ball), rocking on the chair (or bouncing on the ball) during your contractions helps decrease the pain it comes with.

A haka and manual pump were my best friends! Honestly got so much more milk from my manual pump then my electric pump. More work but definitely more outcome! The shusher is amazing like if your on car rides or anywhere else since the sound machine will stay in the room!
The changing station idea is ideal but honestly you’ll start changing diapers/clothes anywhere and everywhere lol
I LOVE the Breeza bottle sanitizer. Trust me you’ll need it! I even put my 6 month old pacifiers and some of her toys in there too . 🥰 so happy you’re a mommy now!! Love you!!🥰
The hatche we used it for 3 months.. not much anymore , but I heard once they are toddlers it’s really good too!

I would still get the small covers that are soft the keekaroo is so cold on a baby's back and they will cry a lot ! I got a pack of 4 super soft cloth changing table things it doesn't for over the whole thing like a fitted sheet it's just a small piece of fabric!
I Think The Pampers Sensitive Wipes Are Better, The Snuggle Me Is Good To Prop Them Up On Loved That !!

I would throw the manual breast pump in my diaper bag when out just in case I needed a little relief or needed to pump because it was easier to carry around than the bigger electric one!
So happy for you! Omg the amount of things that I bought that I never used 😅 but you know what enjoy it. what might not work for one baby might with another " keep it for future". Huggie & pampers pure are the absolute best pampers pure my son can wear 12 hours no leaks!!! The dim light you bought I have two and it's so helpful!!! Babies wake up with too much light. Recent mom here she is 3 months now my recommendation is MAM bottles they are amazing because they have a vent built in the bottle and you can hear the air scape as the baby drinks the milk. Also did I told you they sterilize themselves in 3 min in the microwave. Their pacifiers are also great.
I love my haaka! My daughter just turned 6 weeks and I have almost 200 oz of breast milk in my freezer from using my haaka and occasionally pumping!
As I got to the point with the haaka, I’m glad you got it! Lol
Honestly I think if you can afford to buy things for your baby do what you think will benefit you. I just don't like when the most expensive thing is always said to be essential which is gifted to the influencer and are not affordable to the average parent. I love that you did all of this through your own research and options x

My ONLY complaint with the sound machine was the fact that I had to buy a second one when we transferred my son to his room because I got so accustomed to having it! 😂
Girl, I totally get it with the aesthetics. I was the same way. I’m a mama to 4 (including a set of twins) and I was the same way with EVERY one of them. Once I did find the pacifier that they liked, I got one in every color so that it could match their outfits. 😂 I did the same with their bibs too. Even though most people don’t see them in their bibs, and even though they went through several bibs a day, I still had to make sure their bibs matched their outfits. 🙄 Extra, I know. I have baby fever sooo bad. Especially watching your videos and seeing all the CUTE baby stuff there is now. I swear stuff wasn’t that cute and aesthetic when I had my babies. My twin sons are 19 and out on their own (😢), my daughter is about to be 16 and my youngest son just turned 12. I’ll tell you, don’t have the “Did I NEED to buy this?? No, probably not! But, I wanted it!” thoughts. They’re only little for a short while and you only get to buy the fun little toys and gadgets and baby goods for a short time. Buy what you want. I got so much sh*t for buying my babies shoes and mits (amongst other things). They would tell me “They don’t walk, why are you spending $70 on Jordan’s?”, “The mits fall off, they’re pointless!”….. I bought them because they’re cute and I WANTED to buy them! PeriodT! And I still have each one of my kids first pair of shoes. The twins actually had Nike Forces for their first pairs. Lol. The younger two had Jordan’s. But they love when I show them that stuff, plus they’re cute as hell hanging from the rear view. 😂
Enjoy every moment Mumma don’t feel guilty about anything you buy! I gave birth to my second child four months ago and I still bought her all the new gadgets 😅 by the way that birth pump is amazing!! I’ve used it with both my girls. Also the manual breast pump is good for the first few months. I would say use the electrical one after three months if you plan to breastfeed.
My daughter onlyyyy took the Avent Naturals. I tried so many different ones.
We got so many things and everyone was just as annoying with oh you don’t need this oh you don’t need that just use this - let me be excited and throw it in the bag damnit! And honestly I didn’t really regret much, maybe a few pacifiers and wish I stuck with just bibs and that’s about it. Praying you have a safe delivery Amy!

I actually regret not buying it. I have a 2yr old and 8 month old and a 9 year old with development dissability who is the size of a 5 year old. I decided to go with the joovy thinking I can make the bench seat work as a 3 seat stroller that wasn't huge and it didn't work out. Wish I went with my first thought which was the Uppa baby with the standing board extension. It's an amazing stroller.

I’m 17+2 with my first too! We don’t know gender yet but I love that you’re going the neutral route too! We are all about reusability between babies/genders!!! I learned so much from this!
When baby is born & you feel comfortable, can you do a walk through of your breastfeeding routine? I feel so lost when it comes to the whole situation, how often, what you have by your bedside, transferring breast milk from bottle to bag for storage.. all the things! 😂
