Dean feels like he has to save everybody, that he is responsible for everybody's lives. He has felt this weight on his shoulders since he was young and had to take care of Sammy. He feels guilty for the people he couldn't save. He's tired of it and doesn't care if he lives or dies. And people wonder why he doesn't care about himself, while it is because he thinks he doesn't deserve to be happy and to live. He thinks he should have stayed dead. Other people should have lived while he should have died for them.

@@angeloliver7613 Still dean had been a father figure in Sam's life. He had to be a father and a mother for Sammy. Of course there were banters and fight among the brothers a lot but still I idolize dean.
