Would have liked to have the figures' "wings" molded in clear plastic, rather than a solid color, to allow painting them with a tinted glaze.
Feels like they need to do a Jango Fett so that you can make the army that was in the movie
We are getting Geonosians as Core! Legion is moving forward in the right direction. Something I would really appreciate for the GAR army would be the Senate Guards (Blue Spartan Looking Armor we see in Clone Wars). It would be another excellent unit to add as a core and could be something to diversify the limited core units we have for GAR!
Glad we've finally have Geonosians. I'm hoping for more various Corps like Umbaran troopers.
I hope we get the nimbus commandos but those are legends now so I am skeptical we'll get them
I'm really excited about the addition of the bugs. So many ways to run them! Hmmmm....actually, now that I think about it, this gives the Separatists access to a lot of scatter weapons (sonic canon, Dooku, and both heavies (via bunker buster shells).
I agree. The Geonosians don't need a battle force. I'm not against one, but I appreciate that they play as Separatists as they appeared in the movies. They look like they add diversity to Separatist play. I'm excited by anything that adds "death from above."
I love the variety that factions will be able to run with all the new units coming out.

I built a anti-cover list that had a few B2 units and 5 crickets. It seems pretty good I am excited to see how this changes CIS list builds

The list you showed is pretty much exactly what I was thinking when I looked at their rules and such. Range 2 kinda sucks, but it could be fun to be running and jumping about at that range of people.

I am excited to see units like this which can completely change what a generic faction brings to the table. As opposed to the Ewoks which only a few can come in rebels

They look pretty interesting, though as a CIS player I'm not all that excited for them, I'd rather they continue to focus on the droids. Though I suppose if they added more Geonosian units it would be neat as a second army within the army option.

Only geonosian used Sonic pulse Canon, which is probably one of the worst deaths 😳
I like the core option as B1's are hard to find right now.
Some mix of B2 units and Geos sounds good to me, though you may get out ranged. Need to have a plan to deal with that
Would of liked clear wings. But I can’t wait to have some bugs for the clones to fight.

As much as I agree that Geos dont need a battleforce, cause they just tie in with CIS.

I'm going to make a 500 point list for my wife to use against myself and the kids, because she always thought geonosians were funny.
I'm a bit concerned by the power-creep that we are seeing in legion in the past year. The new corp units since the SC battleforce have 3-4 keywords, and they tend to outclass pretty heavily the older ones
I think it's more a case of complexity creep than power creep here. Keywords are important, but those keywords cost you.
I'm only going run Imperial Era Geonosians..

Honestly the geonosian core don’t look great. But I’ll wait to finalize that judgement for when we start getting them on the table.

I like the unit, but they seem very scary for 45 points, comparing them to b2s, the b2s have 6 wounds compared to 4, the b2s have 2 courage and armor 1, they also have a downside of AI attack, which lowers there efficiency and makes there range one guy harder to use, genosians have, more damage from more models, speed increasing abilities, extra damage from ignoring cover, and finally there keyword that makes them weaker, just prevents them from breaking the game

that's not my interest for that faction. I am only doing spec ops for the separtists. painting up each b1 a different color.
