1 I have been there on many occasions and the food and staff have always been friendly 2 every restaurant I know if it’s closing at 930 just like a bar has a last orders time so the restaurant would stop making food at 9pm 3 ur complaining about food u got for free I can tell ur a bunch of Karen’s who will complain about anything and 4 if u wanted somewhere that’s open longer why didn’t u go somewhere else u said u got there 10 minutes before ur booking and they let u start early to eat so u had 1 hour and 5 minutes to eat u said u both had about 4-5 plates each then u moan about it if the food was so bad why eat that much?
Our booking was 8-9.30 we didn’t expect it all to shut down at 8.50 and not be informed , I think will go back thru the day and give it another go The slots on the app was up until 11 , for a 90 min slot hence I booked in 8-9.30 , the 4 plates we had was a soup which wasn’t good , a small plate of something else , as we don’t put all food on same plate we try different dishes , we speak as we find. When it’s good it’s good when it’s not we say. We we’re in 55 mins before they were shutting down so we didn’t get the 90 mins slot as stated
To be fair it does state the closing times on website. you obviously didnt read times, Try earlier time as i did for my birthday, then go for drinks after in town, you noticed the diffrence. any place you go to before they close you get dry food if its been standing too long , no place will continue cooking if they closing a hour before, but i wouldnt go a hour before closing 🙄
It does state but when we are booked in at 8pm for a 90 min dining slot we don't expect to be able to have the variety and not see them starting to closing down at 8.30 and watching staff helping them selves to food which we are paying for

Well our experience wasn't good, maybe try earlier in the day , but definitely recommend the plan B ,enjoy

I been there twice and had no problem at all. Went after the Newcastle game on New Year’s Eve and we’re there for a good while.

I’ve been there last week with my wife it was just ok nothing special but just ok
