This week we continue Project Jigsaw, our 1960's inspired supercar project based on a Porsche Boxster. We finally begin WELDING the aluminum skin on the nose of the car. This time we tried out the ARCCAPTAIN TIG200P AC DC welder to see if it can handle the heat. Come along as Tony and Ryan problem-solve the complex engineering behind this project, and take jabs at each other all along the way!

Love to see repair of red 911. Along with Jiksaw. 2 videos a week would be GREAT. I dont know how much you make from youtube but doubling it cant be a bad thing? So my vote is yes as long as we dont miss out on Jiksaw every Saturday morning.

Please add repairs on the red track car.
Please don't paint this bodywork. Sand it down and leave it bare metal like a delorean. So much carbon fibre and fibreglass in custom racecars, you should really make a feature of the metal itself.
I grew up in Ely where the silver state challenge takes place. Recognized the placard on the red 911. Always fun to watch the cars racing out on the open highway.

It was great to meet you guys at the swap meet (this is Tom and Darren), and a little weird to see the final result first, then how you got there, but very cool. You were super nice in person, and exactly like you are in the videos, no acting here, just honest and friendly vibes. Grabbed a t shirt while we were there, and stupidly didn't get a picture with the clown, or Krusty. Keep up the good work and great content, and error love to see the 911 repairs. Cheers from Canada! Those welds looked fucking GREAT to me, but I also have done almost NO aluminum welding (I've done stick, oxy, mig, and a lil tig on iron and steel.). Good episode as always!
I wud scrap the lights on the hood ... I wud just get apair of 2014 Duke 690R front lights and retro fit it at the grill/bumper section
I admire you immensely and question your sanity based merely on your willingness to do this much aluminum welding. Especially on finish panels. As for complaining about penetration...wait, never mind.

I'm glad other people are referring to this as Saturday morning cartoons. My girlfriend was asking why I was staring so intently at my phone, and all I could offer was "watchin my cartoons".

The rendering at the beginning looks great. TIG-welding sheet metal without making holes or wharping isn’t easy . I’ve never done aluminium welding but I think it must be even harder. The weldings you did look great to me.❤ Love the channel.
