I‘m from Germany so I don’t get to dive this often but when I’m on vacation I dive all the time. I have already 3 diving liscens at age 18! I enjoy scuba diving but there is nothing better than the freedom of freediving. Please keep doing what you are doing. It makes me happy to see you dive and have a great time with you small family and friends. Can’t wait until the world is open again and I can visit Australia to go and dive! I have never been to Australia but now through watching your videos it is definitely on top of my bucket list. I have a question abt equalizing. when doing frenzel, should i have the air pushing constantly while descending? or i should do it intermittently. (target depth is 10 meters). Thank you Adam
Adam: You are developing a reputation for not keeping things very well maintained. This is the second video where you "got stuck" because of brake downs. A free diver should never be caught off guard like that. What if you had a life and death emergency?

I have a problem I can hold my breath 2 minutes on land easily but when I dive I can barely hold my breath for just 40 sec what should do?
You should dive more often and get more comfortable in the water :) you will always be able to hold your breath on land longer than you can dive
