How to use drums as a metronome (click track) in GarageBand iOS
The metronome (click track) in GarageBand iPhone and GarageBand iPad allows you to set your time signature and tempo, and then use a built-in sound to play a "click" track to help you stay in time when recording.
The problem is, this sound is quite unnatural and doesn't really inspire great guitar, vocal or instrumental performances.
In this video, I will show you how to use the Drummer in GarageBand iOS as your metronome instead, which gives you greater flexibility of sound and feel for your backing track. You can also use the beat sequencer, drums, smart drums or even Apple Loops as the metronome, simply by adding a track and playing your part.
