I know it’s a tall ask, as you’re probably not all that keen on the idea but I’d love to get a Q&A on one of these videos one day. Would be great to get to know, one of my favourite UA-camrs!
I’m a 70 year old woman with arthritis. I’m guessing not your main demographic but I love following your channel Liam - for the beauty and adventure but mainly for your gratitude and appreciation of the smallest things. You encourage and inspire that same attitude in me. Thank you ❤
I am 68 - have a bit of arthritis and still hike!. Liam did a vid on Mallorca's Dry Stone Way, I hiked it last year in two stages, staying in the Mallorquin Local Government run and extremely cheap refuges... This year I hiked the Cavals del Vent hut to hut trail in the Catalan Pyrenees. 84kms and 10,000 accumulated ascent and descent in 6 day.... it was stunning!!
Hi Liam. As a 62 year old who’s enjoyed a lot of hiking and backpacking over the years, your videos have inspired me to consider “cheap” wild camping holidays abroad for the future. However, having just struggled through bog and a forest in the dark to reach a forest track in my backyard of North Wales (minus a torch… don’t ask… I’m not as fast as I once was), I don’t think Montenegro will be my first choice. Your Madeira cross Island walk is more likely later this year as at least I’ve hiked there extensively. A tent, but no hotels (apart from the Encumeada) is probably what I’ll end up doing thanks to your inspirational posts. Thanks again.
I wonder my dearest Liam if you even know how many spiritual texts you have along your routes and in every vid. Every time you are so grateful for what you have , makes me realize to live with more simplicity and to look up and around even more and better , although I am mostly in the big city. your power to move through that jungle, all but, is stunning!! Thank you for that, GREAT vid this , Epic!! 👏🏾🙏🏽💫
wow Liam you never ever moan or complain....... ever! This must have been bad! So glad you made it through to the Lake and the hotel room! Great episode thank you .
Think I've probably watched all your videos now! Always look forward to the latest one coming out. The way you keep calm is great to watch as it will have a ripple effect on the viewer and their adventures. Love your sense of awe and wonder! Well done 😀
Your UK adventures inspired me to start wild camping. It is great to see you explore the world, watching this has inspired me to do international adventures. Keep doing what you're doing!
Another cracking trot out, thanks Liam. It just shows that travel and accommodation doesn't have to cost the earth. It's also good to see such thriving and unspoilt places for nature still exist somewhere, thank goodness. Keep up your great work.
Hello Liam (Irish for William by the way) watched your adventures and immediately subscribed. Just wondering if you will ever do a gear review? Regards from Ireland 🇮🇪.
I'm a huge fan of the Balkans, I travelled from Montenegro right across Europe to Estonia last year - and my favourite part (apart from Poland!) was from Montenegro through to Serbia. Friendly people and beautiful scenery.
I remember this channel with 30k subs, very impressive 👏 Still watching from little trips around the uk to the places like this shows how competent an experienced you are now getting, great vid.
Really really really enjoyed watching this video Liam. It was brilliant. You remind me of myself at your age, these are exactly the kind of adventures I used to go on and yes I talk/ed to all the living creatures along the way too and like you it's just the kind of thing I would say, "Thank you church." Love Montenegro - it looks absolutely gorgeous. Your video narration too and the editing was spot on. One of the best travel videos I''ve seen in a good while.
Looking forward to watching this later. Your videos are a welcome and soothing escape from all the sh*t that's going on in the UK right now. Thanks Liam 👍🏻
Another great vid from Liam. The random stills and translations are a good touch. Thank you for taking us to another lovely place; the intense blue skies and green forests contrast well and everything seems quite serene. Thanks mate.
Great video again Liam and I will keep watching them and supporting your channel. Looking forward to the next adventure!! Keep up the great work 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼
Absolutely love your videos, always look forward to see your new adventures, wish I had been brave enough at your age to do it. I have a campervan now because at my age I need a mattress🤣🇬🇧
Have watched since the early days u are now such an experienced pro camping backpacker great at finding remote beautifully unspoilt mountains in never heard of countries ®ions.keep them coming ❤😅
Good stuff as usual. Really it's far better than 'good stuff' but Liam has been producing such good quality content that videos like these have become the norm. Truly excellent, no matter where you choose to walk I will watch your videos.
Great video as always Liam, I always enjoy watching your adventures whether it’s back home in the United Kingdom or somewhere else in the world in the world, there’s always the right mix of content to make them interesting, inspiring, informative, entertaining and fun. Keep them coming, and I look forward to seeing your next adventure.
Hi Liam, I always look forward to watching your videos, they’re a joy to watch. You have such a calm delivery, it’s like watching a David Attenborough documentary. Often I rewatch them when I’ve had a hectic day. Thank you, I appreciate the time you put into making the videos.
I just got back from a trip around the Balkans and Northern Italy early on the 15th of August at around 2:30am. Started on the 28th of July in Dubrovnik and flew back from one of the Milan airports on the 14th of August. I was in Montenegro on the nights of the 29th and 30th of July and the morning of the 31st. Climbed Bobotov Kuk, but not right to the top. My brother and dad got just shy of the top.
Amazing Liam what an adventure and what a fabulous watch, all I can say is I hope you get to where you want to be with this you tube channel you deserve it mate your far to good for tv 👌👍👏
Thank you Liam, I love how calming and peaceful your videos are. Great adventures and lovely edits too. Thoroughly enjoyable, thanks for the motivation to do more of this myself!
I love that you are taking a photo with a disposable camera to remember your journey - won't these videos do that! ha ha! I loved watching your intrepid trip! well done my friend! snake! arrgghh!
Certainly was very different and tested your mettle as a hiker. Stunning country though. I for one didn’t know much about it but was pleasantly surprised. Take care, keep safe. ❤ Dorset, UK
I had to laugh so hard, because I've done some hiking around Kotor exactly in those mountains myself a few years ago. Worst trails I've ever encountered. Thousands of spiders, bloody legs, snakes and dehydration 😀Glad you made it out there alive. I loved hiking in the North of Montengro. Prokletije and Durmitor National Park are fantastic. The Balkan Mountains in general are amazing. You should consider going back there or checking out the Albanians Alps. Great video though. Thanks for sharing.
Been watching for over a while now, saw the army video and followed along since then. In my humble opinion the best outdoorschannel, quality and ‘minimal’ style is superb 😁 shame to see some of the channels struggling a bit more (maybe the interest of some people dropped a bit now that the pandemic is a far memory? Idk). Anyways, we are here to stay! Greetings from 🇧🇪 and wishing you the best (spiderless) adventures! Sam
There is a song from many years ago where the first line was ' I dont like spiders and snakes'! There is a good reason why people are wary of them both so take care Liam and keep the travel vlogs coming. Cheers
A brilliant vid, as always! This one's kind of nostalgic for me personally; the dry summer heat in the mountains around Kotor had me bloody dying when visiting as a teen lol The views though? So worth it!
Hi Liam, looks a great place to go. Looked like one of your toughest walks yet. Spiders and snakes, I think that would put me off. Well done and thanks for sharing sir. Where next, I ask? Can not wait.
Great video, thanks Liam for taking us along. Northern Ireland looks really nice. I've been to southern Ireland, so might now have to try northern side of things. ATB. Take care and stay safe. Thanks once again.
Glad the stick came in handy for cobweb sweeping and snake early warning. That was intense bushwhacking. 🕸🐍Montenegro looks beautiful, thank you for the introduction to a new place.
Was great to watch Liam with a cuppa and a snack thinking, Mmmm could I do that walk 🤔I don't think I could. don't mind the spiders think it would be the heat and the no trail what would get me. The dips in the water looked great must have felt soo refreshing. Keep the vids coming mate .
What a test this was for you Liam. I've learned you Kryptomite is Snakes and Spiders. Way to tough it out. You have a habit of turning lemons into lemonade that is refreshing. Rest and heal up and I can't wait for the next adventure. Ever think of traveling to the United States? You'd love all of our National Parks.
I am surprised that I wasnt already subscribed, as i do remember watching your videos back when you had a van and have recently started again. Usually i wouldnt like and comment, but i do genuinely appreciate these videos! I think watching these recently is what finally got me to do a trek/wild camp, only went small for my first one doing the berwickshire costal path, but i really enjoyed it, perhaps a bit anxiety provoking at times but overall glad that i have done it. And now I've bought some gear, who knows? There may be more! Currently day dreaming of doing the hebridean way so may build up to that, or perhaps I'll end up leaving my gear sit in a cupboard...
We;re just back from Dubrovnik and Kotor - great to see the wilder parts. The Bay of Kotor is incredibly beautiful. Neither of us was up for the cable car though!
Hey everyone! A like & comment would be massively appreciated, UA-cam doesn't seem to be pushing outdoors channels anymore. Liam :)
You should try a hammock.
@@jackiekinner3826hammocks are good but you can’t always guarantee you’ll be in a forest where you can set one up
I know it’s a tall ask, as you’re probably not all that keen on the idea but I’d love to get a Q&A on one of these videos one day.
Would be great to get to know, one of my favourite UA-camrs!
Try interacting with your audience comments instead of acting aloof. You’re not Madonna mate
Then let's start with a Comment to this awesome (and horrible spider)-hike 🙂

Ditto. Im 70. Love following you Liam. My son travels around the world, Europe, Brita8n, wild camping. I share you're trips with him.
Me too well younger but have lupus probably feel older, certainly couldn't do this hiking and love watching it. ❤❤❤
@@chattycathyone I'm 60 ,so probably the same. This man's attitude is inspiring . ❤️

You are one brave soul, young man! Thanks for taking us along! ‘Til next time! ✌️☮️✌️
Bad area?
Why is he brave its not detroit there is nothing here just boredom

Looking forward to plopping down after a long day and seeing the beautiful countryside.
Its great how you show the country in such a different way than the shey. But pretty sure he was on that island you mentioned @31:59.

Well done Liam. Interesting adventure.

Looked like a few rough trails on this trip. Thanks for sharing your adventure!
This is the first hike of yours that I do not envy. Well done on a really tough one!!
Totally epic! Beautiful scenery.
A pair of gators would have been very handy for you with all that bushwhacking.
