MAPLE GINGER FIZZ
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Lemon Juice
1-2 dashes Bitters
1 oz. Maple Syrup
Ginger Beer
Combine everything in a tall glass with ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with lemon.
FIG CIDER SMASH
2 oz. Bourbon
1 oz. Orange Juice
½ oz. Fig Jam or Preserves
2 oz. Apple Cider
1 teaspoon Orange Zest
1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar (optional, but recommended)
Club Soda or Sparkling Water
Muddle Jam and OJ. Add remaining ingredients, except sparkling water. Shake well with ice to combine. Pour all ingredients in a tall glass with ice. Garnish with fruit.
PUMPKIN SPICE OLD FASHIONED
1 ½ oz. Bourbon
½ oz. Rye
½ oz. Pumpkin Spiced Syrup
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients into a shaker glass with ice. Mix until well chilled. Strain into an old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube. Garnish with orange zest.
