This new year, business owners in the student accommodation space, are pinning their hopes on the sustainability of the National Student Financial Aid Scheme for their businesses to flourish.
2023 saw student protests due to NSFAS capping student accommodation at R45 000 per student per year.
This year, the Student Aid scheme is piloting an Accommodation Project to resolve the student accommodation dilemma.
