Great show guys. So glad I found this show. I’m on my second year of as an apprentice plumbing. 6 months being a ride along now in my own truck. I still need someone to call because I lack confidence. Do you have any suggestions on what you look for in a helper? Any suggestions on how I can add to the business other than to work hard, show up on time etc?
I would like to see a P&L podcast Before I started watching this a few weeks ago, I was charging 85 per service call I did the price and calculator and figured out I need to be charging 286 so I raised it overnight and even more for commercial and all but one customer accepted the new prices.
Hi Jered, we currently use carbon paper invoices for customers. In a past video you mentioned a free Google program to keep track of customers if Service Titan isn’t feasible. What’s the name of that program? TIA!
Hi Jered you guy give great invite to the business of plumbing. Do you know the laws of the UK tax VAT AND HOW would this differ. The demographic is different here as you say in America $400 min on Labour a hour anywhere in America. Charlie M old owner of Plimlico plumbers there rates are hourly atm.

QuickBooks
You can use Quickbooks Online to track customers write estimate/invoices. Much better than paper.
