@@ilovethenfl510 I have an old driveway but I can't afford to demo - it would look better than what I have now. I would just make sure I fill any cracks and and clean the surface area of weeds, dirt and loose gravel.
gut out the asphalt and put a nice concrete. i used the sealer from Costco over the summer and works out excellent. $9.00 a bucket on sale, two coats worked like a miracle! all under $50.00
Looks like a quality product and process there. As the sun is one of the major factors for asphalt to degrade, this would extend it's life significantly if the underlying asphalt is still structurally good. Nice one.
I would like to see the update, what does this look like 1 yr on? What kind of weather does it hold up to? Is it something you need to apply every year? Is it just paint in a bucket that will chip and wear so you have to re do it all the time. None of that was covered in the vlog. Yet ASMR in me liked watching the squeezgy moments!
I'll be honest I do Asphalt sealing on the daily and well my professional opinion is it appears to be a lasting product but definitely labor intensive. The fact that you seal it after is intriguing. Makes me feel like all you would have to do is keep up on that clear coat and you should be good. For my business I wouldn't offer it. It would last to long and I wouldn't get a call back in ten years lol 😆

Hi, nice video. I suggest building a platform on wheels for the 32-gallon trash can and put a plastic spout at the bottom of it. This way you can actually wheel the material to the the work area saving you from carrying all those buckets. Not to mention the money you'll save. No brainer
The interesting thing for me is, it’s called asphalt repair kit but really it seems just a coating. Can you use it to fill cracks and holes/ puck marks and the likes?
I just poured my concrete polymer resurfacing product over a small area at my shop just to see how it works. Looks great and I would like to try your product. The Resurface Doctors, Jim
Most people do not realize that if there is a crack under it when you fixed it that there will be one there later. This holds true when you put any asphalt over any cracked concrete

I'm in the parking lot repair business , 32 years . People are always trying to reinvent the way to repair a asphalt parking lot or asphalt driveway . This product is just another attempt to try and reinvent the "wheel". I notice too much labor in mixing and adding the bags of materials . Also product doesn't cover a lot of square footage for the amount of product used . There's a old saying you can't buy a mechanic in a can . Refering to the different products that are available to stop leaks and or make car engines run better . The same with asphalt repairs. You can't buy a paving contractor in a bag and bucket. Also the process they are performing is not resurfacing. Resurfacing entails using a paving machine and applying a inch layer of plant mix hot asphalt over the existing asphalt and then compacting with a asphalt roller.
That asphalt looks really good already. No large cracks and no weeds. So it's a water base. Seems like I have heard these same exact instructions before. 🤣 Will that adhere to cement?
Looks Awesome, I was thinking recently I wonder if anyone has repair kit for Asphalt, this will be a great add on to my business plus I have an area I can use it on first to see how it lays out and how it holds up in the long run. thanks for the Video.
Add a bulkhead pipe fitting and thread in a PVC ball valve on the side of your garbage can. This will make filling buckets much easier and much less mess than dipping smaller buckets.
does it work on concrete? if not is there a similar product to it? I live on the last floor of a residential building and the roof always leaks no matter what I apply to it, sealer, asphalt patches, tried them all. I was thinking about applying multiple coats of concrete that are pretty thinned out with water until all the cracks are filled, any ideas or advice?
The first thing I noticed is that that asphalt looks perfect compared to mine. No cracks No nothing! No wonder it looks perfect! SO that means I can't use it because of my asphalt not as good as yours.
Yes, just make sure to follow the manufacturers recommended installation for the cold patch. For smaller pot holes you can add pea gravel to the hole about 3/4” from the top then fill the hole with the asphalt repair kit. Thanks

Hello! Thank you for your feedback! We are working on this👍
Joe is right, I will like to see how the product works in a not to good driveway or surface.
If it’s super bad I wouldn’t suggest just demo and repour
As with any seacoast. Cracks should be repaired first.

Yeah... asphalt isn't expensive. No customer would pay me 2 grand to seal their blacktop driveway when you can buy tubs for 14 bucks at home depot
Looks great but too expensive. I can have my entire 10000 square foot driveway recovered with 2" of asphalt for a lot cheaper.
