@@ilovethenfl510 I have an old driveway but I can't afford to demo - it would look better than what I have now. I would just make sure I fill any cracks and and clean the surface area of weeds, dirt and loose gravel.
I'll be honest I do Asphalt sealing on the daily and well my professional opinion is it appears to be a lasting product but definitely labor intensive. The fact that you seal it after is intriguing. Makes me feel like all you would have to do is keep up on that clear coat and you should be good. For my business I wouldn't offer it. It would last to long and I wouldn't get a call back in ten years lol 😆
gut out the asphalt and put a nice concrete. i used the sealer from Costco over the summer and works out excellent. $9.00 a bucket on sale, two coats worked like a miracle! all under $50.00
You can definitely tell it's morning time with your Shadow being as tall as you.. and that you're facing north 🤠 good job out there thanks for the step by step process!
Looks like a quality product and process there. As the sun is one of the major factors for asphalt to degrade, this would extend it's life significantly if the underlying asphalt is still structurally good. Nice one.
I just poured my concrete polymer resurfacing product over a small area at my shop just to see how it works. Looks great and I would like to try your product. The Resurface Doctors, Jim
@@MichaelDirk Yes! Agreed... Little pricey.. Would figure they would want to get their product out & speak for itself but with them prices, that surely seems like a far cry.
Hi, nice video. I suggest building a platform on wheels for the 32-gallon trash can and put a plastic spout at the bottom of it. This way you can actually wheel the material to the the work area saving you from carrying all those buckets. Not to mention the money you'll save. No brainer
Looks like a premium product. The cost is the issue. According to the website the asphalt sealer would be $1,926 for a 1,500 sq ft driveway without shipping. For not much more the whole driveway could be repaved with new asphalt.
Cost me 2800 for a new asphalt parking pad a little over 1400 sq ft. Id have to agree going new seems to be more cost effective. Idk .. interesting product, would love to see how it looks in 2-3 years.
The interesting thing for me is, it’s called asphalt repair kit but really it seems just a coating. Can you use it to fill cracks and holes/ puck marks and the likes?
That is a very useful and detailed video. I am seeing this process for the first time but you really made me understand properly. Thank you for the efforts !!
I would like to see the update, what does this look like 1 yr on? What kind of weather does it hold up to? Is it something you need to apply every year? Is it just paint in a bucket that will chip and wear so you have to re do it all the time. None of that was covered in the vlog. Yet ASMR in me liked watching the squeezgy moments!
Most people do not realize that if there is a crack under it when you fixed it that there will be one there later. This holds true when you put any asphalt over any cracked concrete

That asphalt looks really good already. No large cracks and no weeds. So it's a water base. Seems like I have heard these same exact instructions before. 🤣 Will that adhere to cement?
does it work on concrete? if not is there a similar product to it? I live on the last floor of a residential building and the roof always leaks no matter what I apply to it, sealer, asphalt patches, tried them all. I was thinking about applying multiple coats of concrete that are pretty thinned out with water until all the cracks are filled, any ideas or advice?
Yes, just make sure to follow the manufacturers recommended installation for the cold patch. For smaller pot holes you can add pea gravel to the hole about 3/4” from the top then fill the hole with the asphalt repair kit. Thanks
Used to apply Ardex this looks similar except I put on much thicker also did 1/4” trowel down epoxy also did epoxy coatings same way you are but broadcasting sand and back rolling I miss it
Is that better to use in a TILES at the rooftop.. cause there's a leakage we try to remove tile grout and put body filler but it didn't work... There's always a leak at the roof that has tiles
What is the difference between this product and just sealcoating it? Does this wear better than seal coating vs this product? What the pros and cons? Thanks!

This seal seems to maybe make a great finish, but if you are doing a big job or have back to back driveways are lots, it could kill you on time.. How much does this product cost to make in 5 gallon buckets??
Yes, our re-surfacing products are fantastic to areas that experience extreme weather changes. We'll be working on some videos where we return to past projects and see how they've held up over time. Learn more about our asphalt and concrete repair here! 👉 leggari.com/product/asphalt-coating-kit/
When they put my driveway in they used a batch that was not good. From day one it has been in a constant state of crumble. I quit resealing it after the third time because the seal job wouldn't even last a year. Will this work on a driveway such as mine if i get all the loose material cleaned up?
It depends on how you quote the job! We educate our Academy members to price it out based off of total price of material + any supplies purchased for the project. How much you want to make per an hour x how many hours it will take(take into account prep work time). Price out the pay of someone helping you, etc. You price it out based on how much you want to make. It's a competitive market so of course someone else quoting it might have a different price.
I don't see any questions answered from the poster or Leggari, makes me suspicious. I live in the northeast with harsh winters. How does this last with -10 degrees and plowing all winter? Lots of effort to lay this down.
Price p sq ft? Longevity? Coal tar is cheap. Advantage to your product? Cracks are major issue on most older pavement in freeze cycle zones. How does you product hold up to these climes?
Hi I'm Nathan AKA Nate, guestion... after doing your hardwood floor kit could can clear coat apoxy be applied to it for a high gloss finish? This would be for interior purposes.

Joe is right, I will like to see how the product works in a not to good driveway or surface.
If it’s super bad I wouldn’t suggest just demo and repour
As with any seacoast. Cracks should be repaired first.

Yeah... asphalt isn't expensive. No customer would pay me 2 grand to seal their blacktop driveway when you can buy tubs for 14 bucks at home depot
Looks great but too expensive. I can have my entire 10000 square foot driveway recovered with 2" of asphalt for a lot cheaper.
