Sand in the base! That’s an old school method of basing. Shout out to all the miniature painters from the 90’s.

Thanks for another "How to paint" video.
The Gutrippa looks incredible, although I am not a fan of this Hubba Bubba skintone.
What really catches the eye though, is the shield.
And I guess I have to buy Green Worlds liquid pigments now.

I know why it's done but I still laugh whenever someone paints rocks to look like rocks.
