I agree with Andrew that traditional, "real" leftists must oppose postmodernism. I'm a traditional leftist and I completely reject CRT, gender ideology, cancel culture, compelled speech, the suppression of free speech, green ideology in other words postmodernist identity politics. I also agree that what is often conceptualized as "right wing extremism" today is utterly preposterous. It's dangerous for the left to be lumping everyone right of center into one group because it makes it impossible to discern who the real right-wing extremists are.
I'm 100% with Doyle on speech. The entire legal category of "hate speech" should be eradicated. In a free society, people should be punished for their actions, not their thoughts and ideas.

Sorry, 'islamophobia' ISNT a thing. Its properly called 'xenophobia', and more specifically, maybe xenophobia targeting Arabic peoples. The word Islamophobia was invented by Islamicists to suppress their critics. It is entirely legal to attack and criticize the religion of Islam, just like it is legal to criticize any or all religions. We do not have blasphemy laws, and for good reason.
