I keep forgetting what kind of synthesis the Synclavier employs. Sounds crazy though
"just" a DX7 on drugz :P .. some heavy drugz tho
Synclavier uses additive and FM synthesis.
The interesting thing in this, even its not a 100% emulation of anything out there is, lf you look at the Korg Kronos, the MOD7 Engine can actually do many of the same things. They focus on the DX7 compatibility but its both Fm, additive synthesis + wave seq, arpegiator etc etc. but its also a monster to program much like the DX7 used to be.

phil colly Yes, KeyLab 49, as the decal says. The great advantage of Arturia controllers is the auto-mapping function working seamlessly with their software; a certain disadvantage may be the build quality according to many user complaints. I do not (yet?) have anything from Arturia.

Dr Sauce v collection is pretty much all the instruments arturia sells except pigments, so it would include both of those
