a suggestion, it would be nice to have a tool that having the link of a youtube video simply with the data of the times of the video make a picture for each of those times ... so if I put 6 or 9 0 etc different times then deliver those simple images 6 or 9 or etc photos

Question, how come my video are being turned from 720p to 480p and why can I convert it to 1080p? thank you in advance, and my most recent 3 videos are by you guys and I dont plan to use anything else!
