Hello, I'm using this website and got a pretty good exp until yesterday. I cannot edit all of my video anymore and I force me to buy the premium-which I could. What should I do now?

Hi! Here's the latest change on the watermark policy: www.kapwing.com/help/our-watermark-policy/ We removed the 5 min video limit. You can export 3 videos per month that are up to 30min long without watermarks on a free plan!

Do not use Kapwing! They still do not refund me. They have the worst English subtitles. Terrible terrible and they do not refund me. I only used a couple of minutes to find out it does not work and they do not refund. Their customer service has disappeared.
All of the people working for Kapwing are the best! There team is so dedicated and I think everyone should know about this! I’ve sent so many reviews on google etc. I hope one day I could work for u ❤️
