Open Eyes - The Word (A Message Series)

We need to open our eyes and see that our being alive depends on Him (17). I open my eyes so I can see the wonderful life he has for me described in His Word (18). I see that I am a stranger on this earth (19). Our spirit longs to hear from Him at all times (20). We are arrogant if we think we can live differently from what He says and He rebukes us for it (21-22). We don’t care what others say about us, we care about what God says to us (23). We need God’s counsel and He counsels us through His Word (24). When we are depressed (laid low), we need him to encourage us (preserve) (25,28). I need to measure my life (recount my ways) according to God’s Word (26). I need to understand what He says to me (27). His Word keeps me from being deceived (29). I nee to choose the way of truth (30). I hold on to what God says to make sure I don’t become ashamed (31). I am free (without any burden of wrong) when I run by following His commands (32).
