My Comfort - The Word (A Message Series)

We find our hope in what God says (49). We are comforted in suffering and our life is preserved because we remember what God says (50,52). People will ridicule (mock) me for living according to God’s Word instead of the words of people in the world (51). It displeases me when the wicked don’t follow God’s Word (53). God’s Word puts a song in our hearts (54). I need to remember God when things are dark (in the night) and stay true to His Word (55). We need to make it a practice to obey God’s Word. With every decision we face we ask - “What does God say?” (56). I need to be full of God (57). We seek to see him smiling at us in pleasure (his face), and when He is displeased, we rely on His grace (58). I will quickly obey and not put it off (60). I won’t let any suffering that others bring against me to distract me from what God says to me (61). We want to be friend with those who follow God’s Word (63). We want to be like Him and show His love (64). He showed His love by giving us a Savior.
