Reminds me of putting together model cars. In this case, you are able to drive them after you build. That is really awesome!
Thanks so much for making this vid. I’m gonna be getting into RC drifting soon
Awesome! Contact GGT in garden grove CA when you’re ready to buy- you can message them on Facebook- talk to Keith
OMG HOW DID YOU KNOW LMAO
7demo7 I actually emailed Keith earlier today
just started building the kit tonight videos been a HUGE help so far thank you!!! first drift rc btw
Started building one as well, so stoked lol.
Glad I could help!
Great video especially for the beginner starting in the hobby and this kit. Thank you!
Really nice video. I'm waiting for mine, when it will be there I'll build it following your serie. Thanks a lot
Thanks for watching. Ill have a tuning setup video coming soon.
Thank you for the video. When I got my yd2 I had someone at Vertex in San Diego put my chassis
together. I really dont assemble things...not even Ikea stuff. I just want to drive. But your video is very motivating for me to try. Would you mind showing a video on how to adjust settings and alignment and using the setting board. I could really use some help. Im a beginner. A real one! Ive never done anything like this before and I dont want to bother anybody. Everyone at the club tries to help, but they are busy working on their own cars. Thank you very much.
hi skin
i will be make a lot of new videos .. and that will be one of the topics i will cover
Jeff I have this kit and just finished it but cant get the tiny silver pins to stay inside the hubs which attach to the axles. What am I doing wrong?! as soon as I give the rears drive the pins fall out onto the floor. Same goes for the fronts. Maybe the hub profile of the rims are not pressing in hard enough? Thanks for your help.
I'm currently building the yd2s. And I'm having a problem where the steering is point backwards and not straight is there something I did wrong?
Thanks for the video! Super helpful and comprehensive. Also, lol at the missed edit @ 58:43
Haha, I totally missed that!
i know this is a old video..but man it is really good , good job
i made some videos too way back on setup crazy same style !!
any way hope you are good and like i said good video!!
I'm only on like bag 8 but this video has been super helpful so far. thanks!
The rebound of the shock absorber is because the shock absorber shaft occupies more internal space to generate pressure
I put a link to your video in my new video because you did such a great job!
Thanks, can you link your video here?

Thanks man!!!
I sold my chassis and I will buy Yokomo Yd2sx soon :D
so you get the YD
hey dude, nice video :) keep up the good work and content... it helped me alot yesterday with my first rc drift / yokomo yd2s.... but my front is higher then my rear... i switched the shocks but didnt helped...a bit preload also done but u see it a bit less. it doesnt feel right atm :D
try different springs I have medium front and soft rear,
@@7demo7review i have only that spring that comes with the yd2-s... shold be mid and soft? maybe i will try out to pout the rear shocks a bit higher then the front
It’s ok to have the rear lower- has more grip
It’s gonna be a while until I get my kit. So in the meantime, I’ll watch this video!
How long did it take for you to build it?
a few hours,, longer with filming...
Did the it come with an extra 45.7mm suspension block?
No, just the stock setup, however I have an extra set of blocks ($8) - I tried zero toe in the rear but didn’t like it..
Tqvm for the video. Really appreciate it
Your welcome
What the different yd2s and yd2s plus
Does the oil / lube come with the kit?
Yes
Looks great ... nice work brother
Thanks man, I think its rendered now so it's in 1080p 60fps instead of 360!
do i need a thread lock stick or is it just recommended
Not necessary
@@7demo7review what tools will be necessary for this build?
Cool Vid . But I would stay away from red lock tight ... I use only blue lock tight ... red has a tendency to act lick super glue ... and make things really hard / impossible to remove one it is completely dry.
Both the stick that I use- it’s about the same as blue locktite
What battery is that?
What s the actual website?
I thought u putted a bearing on your finger lmao
what electric screwdriver is that?
Ts120 from Banggood ua-cam.com/video/XcN5kHoQu4k/v-deo.html
I only got japanese instructions!!
