This siren is part of the Spartanburg County Outdoor Warning System, and it is tested on the first Saturday of every month weather permitting at 1:00 pm, and is controlled by the Spartanburg County Emergency Management Agency

Let's cut to the chase! This siren has not been resolved in years and its gearbox has been low on oil, which is why the reflector inside the siren makes it spin really, and I mean REALLY fast. And come to think of it, SPCPeachtree City, GeauxPJ, and myself think it's quite funny that the siren spins like that (even though it shouldn't). Also, I bought myself a flying drone so I can get an up closer look at the siren, but I did have a little trouble controlling it on the first day,
