May it be something like of continue of the original story? Rainbow Dash after "recycling" Scootaloo into the rainbow is feeling grief, and starting to regret for doing this. Glaze is trying to make Rainbow Dash forget about this, but it only makes her more angry and then, after her nerves finally passed, she attacks Glaze and throws her into machine, watching how it produces yellow and green spectre.
Oh, Rainbow Factory is a classic! Not often do I see Rainbow's guilt and sense of betrayal in fanart, and you captured it wonderfully. Reminds me of the anniversary fic from her POV. Amazing work!

It was originally written by Aurora Dawn, but I’m pretty sure the very first original file isn’t on the internet anymore so you’d have to pick one of the many reposts
The Pegasus Device sounds like it was inspired by the fanfiction, since the song The Rainbow Factory never mentions how pegasi who failed were killed. But the fanfic made it that way. So, am I wrong? Is it just me who thinks this? By the way, this was an amazing piece of art!
