Poor Fluttershy has been captured and got locked up in a cage, where she has to live through awful experiments...
Hey everyone!!
Here's a second redraw of Lab Animal (Fluttershy's death), one of my oldest speedpaints and the very first one in my "The Elements of Regret" art series!!
This art series originally started back in July 2017, and with the original redraw having been made in August 2019 I felt like it was time for an upgrade!!
It's honestly kind of crazy to see what four years of improvement can do, or even two!
In honor of spooky season coming up, I will be doing redraws of the other original TEoR pieces as well, so stay tuned for those!!

The backstory makes me curious.. Was Fluttershy somehow transported into the human world but still as her pony self? And seeing a pegasus was just so memorizing to humans that they had to experiment on her? Or was it ponies like her who wanted to understand how she could communicate in animals in such a unique way?

I remember seeing the first version of this and attempting to redraw it myself as if I had any art skills. I think I may attempt in again sometime now that I actually know how to draw just for fun.

I think that, if a pony is behind this, they wanted to see if they could push Fluttershy to the brink: would she become violent, even as the element of kindness? Or would she put up with this until she dies?

o visual é tão chocante e absurdo, as músicas tem batidas e baixos tão tristes, parece que Fluttershy sofre, a sensação de profundidade em sua perna e rigidez do osso do que sobrou de sua asa, me surpreende que mesmo em seu estado você iria desenhar a urina dela em amarelo
esse desenho me transmite uma sensação de realidade e dor constante a todo segundo

This is so amazing... Great redraw Messy! The only unfortunate thing is that I'm sitting here wondering how in the world you blend like that, WHILE using multiply layers...it may be a Paint tool Sai and Procreate thing..cause I use ClipStudioPaint. But anyways, beautiful drawing!!

Thank you so much! The app I used is Procreate, it’s available for iPhone and iPad at the very least, I’m not sure about other systems!
I used Paint Tool SAI on PC before this, which I also definitely recommend!
