Every element looks very well thought through and addresses so many of the issues that one finds on standard production boats. Great to see a quality design that is more than a cut above the rest.
Add Kraken to my short-list of yachts to purchase for my bucket list sailing adventure. Truly inspires confidence in the details of a machine well made. Why aren't all ocean-going recreational craft as well thought out one wonders. Would you buy and fly an airplane that was done on the cheap? When the !@%#$ hits the fan, you want to be strapped on to something intelligent like this.
Awesome design. Built for the reality of blue water sailing. Would that I were free of intense sea sickness and won the lottery, I’d buy one! Well, if I win the lottery maybe I’ll help Adam and Khiara buy one…⛵️
One of the biggest problems with cruising boats, nowhere to put the dinghy. I'd hate to be carrying one on those davitts going upwind with the dinghy's bow dragging in the water. Or to have a dinghy swhinging out of them in any kind of a chop. If you can design such an otherwise perfect boat, how about designing a dinghy that'll stow. Please don't give me a deflatable!!!

Holy Ship! What a beauty.
i love it. been looking at full keel and long keel yachts alot. this seems like a good solution.

outstanding video! Well done Team Kraken.
Beautiful looking and also best sailing yacht built today
Very impressive design and construction !!
So love this yacht, dreaming.......
5:29 - I walked up and around the fort there (Bozukkale) for many of the last 10 years. Amazing place, one of favourites, the world over.
One of our favourite anchorages that we let everyone know about as they sail south from Bodrum!

Just a thought. Wouldn't it be a good idea to implement a kind of protection to shaft of propeller against any unforseen submerged/floating debris.
Can the Alpha rudder withstand Orcas “playing” with it off the Iberian peninsula?
Yes, this was actually a consideration through the design stage. We actually have a video in the pipeline about exactly this issue.
@@KrakenYachts can’t wait
Been looking all over online and can't find a price tag anywhere?
Hello. Send us an email at sales@krakenyachts.com and we would be happy to send over specs :)
Finally a yacht that looks well built! Are you at the Southampton boat show in September? I’d love to look around.
Unfortunately we are not this year however please get in contact and we would be happy to arrange a test sail of a 50 :)
Wow.
Is Kraken the giant octopus?
what about draft? Bahama capable?
I just wish there was a way to sail without ever needing to be on deck except when docking.
No thought put into stern anchoring?
We have options for stern anchoring within our options list :)
Dick needs to make some new videos! Please!

Lovely boat. I want one. But that 'Crafted for Life' tag line sucks really quite hard. The boats deserve better than that empty nonsense.
?
I like the way the krakens are made, but the interior is massively ugly, This is a brit thing i guess.
Honestly, it's a beautiful ship with nice features but the interior looks waaaaaay to dated
I like the traditional look to the "modern" Ikea look.
If only I could afford one. Too damn expensive.
